As a Account Executive, you will spearhead the growth of our consumer technology solutions by engaging with prospects across Gurugram, Haryana, and beyond, guiding them through a comprehensive consultative selling journey. Leveraging your expertise in B2C sales, you will identify and nurture client pain points, present AI-powered products, and demonstrate tangible value that resonates with individual buyers. Your negotiation skills will be critical in closing deals that align with both customer needs and company objectives, while your passion for professional development will keep you ahead of evolving market trends and emerging technologies. Together, you will collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to refine offerings, optimize sales strategies, and continuously elevate the customer experience.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Identify and develop new B2C leads through targeted prospecting and market research

• Conduct in-depth consultative sales meetings to uncover customer needs and align solutions

• Present product demos showcasing the integration of AI and cutting‑edge technology

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements to secure win‑win outcomes

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data in CRM, tracking pipeline stages and forecast metrics

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to reverse‑engineer customer feedback into product enhancements

• Drive the end‑to‑end sales cycle from qualification to close, ensuring adherence to sales playbooks

• Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement

• Mentor junior sales team members on best practices, tools, and industry insights

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with AI and tech trends

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 2+ years of proven experience in B2C sales within the technology or AI sectors

• Demonstrated success in consultative selling, consistently exceeding quota targets

• Strong negotiation acumen, with a track record of closing complex deals

• Comfortable leveraging AI tools and data analytics to enhance sales effectiveness

• Excellent communication and presentation skills tailored to diverse customer personas

• Self‑motivated, highly organized, and adept at managing multiple priorities simultaneously

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment with a growth mindset

• Experience using CRM platforms and sales enablement tools

• A passion for continuous learning and staying ahead of industry innovations

• Cultural fluency and fluency in English, with additional local language skills preferred.
