We are looking for a proactive and engaging Community Manager to build, nurture, and grow user communities for an AI-powered SaaS product. The product uses persistent, permission-aware knowledge graphs to connect customer information, product knowledge, teams, and workflows, becoming more useful with every interaction.

In this role, you will engage customer users, self-serve product users, and broader digital communities to strengthen customer relationships, increase product adoption, and turn active users into long-term advocates. You will own community engagement initiatives, develop loyalty and recognition programs, facilitate meaningful conversations, and build relationships with users ranging from administrators and developers to AI enthusiasts and customer experience professionals.

The ideal candidate combines strong community management and social media skills with excellent communication, organizational abilities, and a data-driven approach. You should enjoy interacting with technical audiences, exploring AI-powered products, and creating programs that encourage users to participate, collaborate, and share their experiences.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer User Community Management

  • Help design and launch a structured customer loyalty program with clear membership tiers, rewards, recognition, and engagement milestones.
  • Build and nurture a founding cohort of active users and product champions who advocate for the product.
  • Develop re-engagement campaigns to bring inactive and low-activity users back into the community.
  • Organize recurring engagement activities, including office hours, user AMAs, product showcases, virtual meetups, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
  • Monitor community engagement and share relevant insights with Customer Success and Account Executive teams.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships with existing users and increase product adoption.

2. Product-Led Growth (PLG) Community

  • Welcome and onboard new self-serve users, helping them understand the product and become active community members.
  • Encourage users to share their workflows, AI agents, use cases, and practical product applications.
  • Highlight user success stories and community-created solutions to inspire adoption and knowledge sharing.
  • Collect user feedback, feature requests, testimonials, and product suggestions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Growth teams to communicate user insights and identify opportunities to improve the overall user experience.
  • Develop engagement initiatives that support user retention, product discovery, and community-driven growth.

3. Digital Community and Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day community engagement across platforms such as Slack, LinkedIn, Reddit, YouTube, and other relevant digital channels.
  • Create and publish engaging posts, respond to questions, moderate discussions, and encourage meaningful conversations.
  • Identify active community members who can contribute tutorials, product demonstrations, educational resources, and peer-generated content.
  • Build relationships with AI builders, developers, customer experience professionals, and IT practitioners.
  • Convert recurring questions, discussions, and community insights into content ideas for the Marketing team.
  • Maintain a welcoming, informative, and collaborative environment across all community channels.

4. Community Operations and Performance Reporting

  • Track and report key community metrics, including active members, user return rates, loyalty program progression, community-driven product sign-ups, and advocacy activities.
  • Measure engagement initiatives and use performance insights to improve community programs and campaigns.
  • Maintain accurate community activity records and ensure relevant engagement data is accessible to the go-to-market (GTM) team.
  • Coordinate loyalty program logistics, including branded merchandise, gifts, rewards, and member recognition.
  • Establish repeatable processes for community onboarding, engagement tracking, reporting, and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align community activities with customer retention, product adoption, and business growth objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in community management, customer marketing, social media management, developer relations, customer success, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience growing an online community, organizing events, or executing user engagement programs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, warmly, and effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Hands-on experience managing social media channels, online discussions, or digital community platforms.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • A data-driven mindset, with the ability to track engagement metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and improve programs based on results.
  • Ability to build relationships, encourage participation, and maintain consistent engagement with community members.
  • Genuine interest in artificial intelligence, SaaS products, and emerging technology trends.
  • Willingness to learn and use AI-powered products regularly to understand user needs and identify engagement opportunities.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with community platforms such as Slack, Discord, Discourse, Bevy, Common Room, or similar tools.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, product-led growth (PLG), or technology startups.
  • Experience designing customer loyalty programs, ambassador programs, or user advocacy initiatives.
  • Familiarity with developer communities, AI builders, or customer experience and IT practitioner networks.
  • Experience collecting product feedback and collaborating with Product, Growth, Marketing, or Customer Success teams.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
