We are looking for an experienced Dialogflow CX Developer with 5–15 years of overall experience in designing, developing, and implementing intelligent conversational AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Google Dialogflow CX, building advanced virtual agents, voice bots, and chatbots to enhance customer experience and automate business processes.

The candidate will be responsible for developing scalable conversational experiences, integrating Dialogflow CX with enterprise applications, and optimizing virtual agents to deliver seamless, context-aware interactions across multiple channels. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams are essential.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy conversational AI solutions using Google Dialogflow CX.
  • Build and manage complex conversation flows, intents, entities, pages, routes, forms, and state handlers.
  • Develop intelligent virtual agents and chatbots for customer support, sales, and business process automation.
  • Configure and optimize conversation flows to ensure accurate intent recognition and smooth user interactions.
  • Integrate Dialogflow CX with backend systems, APIs, CRM platforms, databases, and third-party applications.
  • Implement webhook integrations using REST APIs, Cloud Functions, and other Google Cloud services.
  • Work on multi-channel conversational solutions, including web chat, mobile applications, and voice-based platforms.
  • Configure fulfillment, session parameters, context management, and event handling.
  • Analyze conversation logs and performance metrics to identify gaps and improve bot accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize bot performance, and ensure scalability and reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and development best practices.

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Google Dialogflow CX.
  • Expertise in designing and developing conversational flows, intents, entities, routes, pages, and forms.
  • Experience building and deploying enterprise-grade chatbots and voice bots.
  • Proficiency in webhook development and API integrations.
  • Strong understanding of conversational AI, natural language understanding (NLU), and dialogue management.
  • Experience with session management, parameters, fulfillment, and context handling.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Platform and its related services.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

Good-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with Dialogflow ES and migration from Dialogflow ES to CX.
  • Knowledge of Google Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, and other GCP services.
  • Experience with telephony integrations, IVR systems, and contact centre solutions.
  • Familiarity with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) technologies.
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or Node.js.
  • Exposure to Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and conversational AI enhancements.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 5–15 years of overall experience in software development, conversational AI, or chatbot development.
  • Strong practical experience in implementing Dialogflow CX-based solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
