As a Digital Risk Consultant, you will be at the forefront of ensuring that the organization navigates the complex landscape of digital risk with agility and precision. You will interpret and translate evolving regulatory requirements into actionable insights, design and implement robust compliance frameworks, and drive continuous improvement across the risk management lifecycle. Your role will involve collaboration with cross‑functional teams to embed risk awareness into business processes while maintaining a proactive stance on emerging threats and regulatory shifts. Through stakeholder engagement and data‑driven analysis, you will deliver measurable value that safeguards both the organization’s reputation and its digital assets.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Monitor and assess regulatory developments relevant to digital risk and fintech operations.

• Translate regulatory changes into practical compliance actions and update internal policies accordingly.

• Design and roll out regulatory change management frameworks that align with business objectives.

• Conduct gap analyses to identify compliance deficiencies and recommend risk mitigation strategies.

• Prepare and present regulatory impact reports to senior leadership and regulatory bodies.

• Lead the development of automated monitoring tools to track regulatory compliance status.

• Train and mentor internal teams on regulatory requirements and best practices.

• Coordinate audits and inspections, ensuring readiness and timely remediation of findings.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with regulators and industry peers.

• Continuously benchmark industry standards to keep the organization at the leading edge of digital risk compliance.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance within the fintech or digital banking sector.

• Proven track record of managing regulatory change programs and leading cross‑functional initiatives.

• Deep understanding of key regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines, PSD2, GDPR, and emerging digital risk norms.

• Expertise in developing and deploying automated compliance monitoring solutions.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex regulatory language into actionable business insights.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, capable of influencing senior executives.

• Demonstrated experience in preparing audit-ready documentation and managing external regulator engagements.

• Ability to work in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment with competing priorities.

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and risk management software.

• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improving regulatory resilience.
