As a Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for architecting, developing, and maintaining robust web applications that drive business growth. You will collaborate closely with product owners, designers, and fellow engineers to translate user requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions. Leveraging your expertise in Claude for advanced natural language processing, you will integrate cutting‑edge AI capabilities into the user experience. Your strong command of C#.Net will ensure clean, secure backend services, while your proficiency in ReactJS will shape dynamic, responsive front‑end interfaces. You will be a key contributor in delivering end‑to‑end solutions that meet stringent quality standards.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design, develop and deploy scalable web applications using C#.Net and ReactJS.

• Implement and maintain RESTful APIs with a focus on performance and security.

• Integrate Claude-based NLP services to enhance user interactions and analytics.

• Write clean, maintainable code following coding standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and refine user stories.

• Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor junior developers.

• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.

• Ensure application security by implementing OWASP best practices.

• Manage data persistence using SQL Server and NoSQL databases as appropriate.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and provide technical guidance to the team.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 5+ years of professional experience in full‑stack development.

• Strong proficiency in C#.Net, ASP.NET Core, and MVC architecture.

• Advanced knowledge of ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).

• Hands‑on experience integrating Claude or similar AI models into applications.

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design, authentication, and authorization.

• Familiarity with database design and SQL, as well as NoSQL solutions.

• Experience with version control using Git and CI/CD pipelines.

• Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to innovation.

• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

• Passion for continuous learning and staying abreast of industry trends.
