Key Responsibilities

  • Prototyping and Testing: Develop interactive prototypes to validate design concepts, gather feedback, and refine user journeys before implementation.
  • Design Systems: Maintain and improve design systems, reusable components, style guides, and UI standards to ensure consistency across products.
  • Product Optimization: Analyze user feedback, product usage patterns, and usability challenges to identify areas for continuous improvement.
  • Developer Handoff: Prepare detailed design specifications, assets, and documentation to support accurate implementation by engineering teams.
  • Cross-functional Communication: Present design concepts, explain design decisions, incorporate feedback, and ensure alignment with product objectives.
  • Design Trends: Stay updated on emerging design practices, tools, accessibility standards, and industry trends to deliver modern digital experiences.

Must-Have Skills

  • 2–4 years of professional experience in product design, UI/UX design, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Figma for interface design, prototyping, and collaboration.
  • Solid understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
  • Experience creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate user requirements into intuitive experiences.

  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing relevant product design projects, design decisions, and measurable outcomes.

  • Familiarity with usability testing, accessibility guidelines, and user research methodologies.
  • Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end development constraints.
  • Experience working with agile product teams and iterative design processes.
  • Knowledge of design systems, component libraries, and product analytics tools.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Experience: 2–4 years.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Visual Communication, or a related field is preferred; equivalent practical experience is also welcome.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
