As a Senior Guidewire Digital Integration Developer you will architect, develop, and maintain robust integrations between Guidewire Digital products and external systems using modern web technologies. You will design scalable components with the Jutro framework, ensuring seamless data flow and user experience across ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter. Working closely with product owners and cloud platform specialists, you will expose and consume Guidewire Cloud REST APIs, implement secure authentication, and deliver high‑quality code in TypeScript/JavaScript and React.js. You will also mentor junior developers, drive best practices for CI/CD, and stay current with emerging integration patterns within the Guidewire ecosystem.

Requirements

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀

• Design and implement scalable integration solutions using Guidewire Digital, Jutro, and REST APIs.

• Develop and maintain front‑end components in TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.js that interface with ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter.

• Build and publish reusable microservices and API connectors for external system integration.

• Collaborate with cloud architects to optimize performance and security in Guidewire Cloud environments.

• Lead code reviews, enforce coding standards, and ensure high test coverage.

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration defects in production and pre‑production environments.

• Create technical documentation for integration design, configuration, and deployment.

• Mentor junior developers and facilitate knowledge sharing across the team.

• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, and retrospective meetings to continuously improve delivery.

• Evaluate new libraries, frameworks, and tools to enhance integration capabilities and developer productivity.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗸𝗲𝘀 𝗬𝗼𝘂 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁

• 4+ years of experience building Guidewire Digital and integration solutions.

• Strong proficiency in the Jutro framework, TypeScript, JavaScript, and React.js.

• Deep understanding of Guidewire Cloud architecture and REST API design patterns.

• Proven track record with ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter integration projects.

• Familiarity with microservices, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployment strategies.

• Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for stakeholders.

• Experience with automated testing (unit, integration, UI) in a Guidewire context.

• Ability to mentor and collaborate in a cross‑functional team environment.

• Continuous learning mindset and passion for emerging digital insurance technologies.
