Estamos em busca de uma Comercial / Closer, uma profissional estratégica, acolhedora, com perfil comercial e foco em resultados, alguém que tenha facilidade de comunicação, senso de dono e que saiba conduzir o paciente com segurança desde o primeiro contato até o pós-operatório. Esta profissional será a peça-chave no relacionamento e na conversão de cirurgias, transformando o atendimento técnico em uma jornada de confiança e clareza.

Horário: Das 10h00 às 20h00 Localização: Moema - Próximo ao Shopping Ibirapuera

Responsabilidades:

  • Condução da negociação de procedimentos cirurgicos com empatia e segurança durante o processo decisório
  • Apresentação, explicação e venda de cirurgias (fechamento de orçamentos).
  • Liberação e acompanhamento de guias junto aos convênios médicos.
  • Gerenciamento de agenda de consultas, exames e cirurgias.
  • Orientação completa aos pacientes sobre exames e pós-operatório.
  • Atendimento humanizado via WhatsApp e telefone para agendamento de cirurgias;
  • Garantir suporte e segurança em toda a jornada;
  • Apresentação dos serviços da clínica de forma clara e atrativa;
  • Trabalho colaborativo com a equipe para garantir um atendimento de excelência e impulsionar o crescimento da agenda cirúrgica.
  • Apresentação impecável e postura profissional;
  • Excelente comunicação verbal e escrita;
  • Experiência prévia em clínicas de alto padrão será um diferencial;
  • Proatividade e habilidade para lidar com demandas simultâneas;
  • Domínio de ferramentas básicas de informática como Excel e sistemas de gestão clínica;
  • Habilidade em vendas e retenção de pacientes;
  • Capacidade de transmitir segurança e credibilidade desde o primeiro contato;
  • Disponibilidade para aprender e trabalhar em equipe;
  • Pontualidade e compromisso com a excelência no atendimento;
  • Dress code adequado ao ambiente sofisticado da clínica
  • Contratação: CLT / PJ
  • Salário: R$ 4.000,00
  • Vale-transporte
  • Bonificação por desempenho depois do período de experiência (0,5 a 1% nos fechamentos de cirurgia)
