Responsável pela organização, levantamento, análise e acompanhamento do TLT, realizando treinamentos para facilitadores sobre o sistema TLT, implantação do sistema de registros de treinamento no local de trabalho, suporte às áreas na utilização e implantação do TLT no VETORH e desenvolvimento de melhorias no processo.

Responsabilidades e atribuições Realizar treinamentos para facilitadores sobre o sistema TLT/VETORH, garantindo o correto funcionamento e utilização do programa.

Implantar e acompanhar o sistema de registros de Treinamento no Local de Trabalho (TLT) nas empresas do Grupo WEG, prestando suporte aos facilitadores.

Monitorar os registros de TLT via sistema, identificando atrasos e pendências de novos colaboradores, bem como realizar melhorias, manutenção e atualizações no sistema VETORH.

Apoiar novas áreas na implantação e utilização do TLT no sistema VETORH, orientando usuários e garantindo a aderência ao processo.

Promover melhorias contínuas nos sistemas de treinamento, buscando maior agilidade, eficiência e qualidade na gestão das informações.

Analisar indicadores e estatísticas da área, identificando oportunidades de melhoria e apoiando a tomada de decisões.

Programar e acompanhar cursos, administrando os recursos necessários para sua realização.

Propor melhorias nos sistemas e processos operacionais, visando aprimorar o controle, a organização e o fluxo das informações de treinamento.

Apoiar o desenvolvimento e o cumprimento das metas da área.

Capacitar e orientar facilitadores quanto à utilização da Matriz de Versatilidade.

Executar atividades correlatas, conforme orientação da liderança.

Requisitos e qualificações REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:Formação superior completa em Administração, Recursos Humanos, Engenharia de Produção ou áreas correlatas. Experiência em Desenvolvimento de Pessoas, preferencialmente com público técnico e operacional. Experiência na administração, implantação ou acompanhamento de programas de Treinamento no Local de Trabalho (TLT). Vivência com gestão de treinamentos, capacitação de facilitadores e suporte às lideranças. Experiência com sistemas de gestão de treinamento e/ou plataformas de RH.Inglês intermediário. REQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:Experiência com SAP SuccessFactors, especialmente módulos relacionados à gestão de aprendizagem e treinamentos. Vivência em implantação, migração ou adequação de processos de treinamento para novos sistemas. Experiência em empresas de médio ou grande porte, especialmente em capacitação de pessoas para operações industriais. Vivência com público operacional e processos de capacitação em campo. Experiência na interface com áreas de Segurança, Sistemas de Gestão e RH Corporativo. Conhecimento em indicadores de treinamento e desenvolvimento. HABILIDADES PESSOAIS: Facilidade para trabalho em equipe, iniciativa, criatividade, facilidade de comunicação, relacionamento interpessoal, negociação, flexibilidade e capacidade de ensinar e aprender.
