Responsável por analisar necessidades de aprendizagem e desenvolver soluções educacionais presenciais, híbridas e digitais (EAD), definindo estratégias instrucionais, roteiros e experiências de aprendizagem. Atua como referência metodológica para os desenvolvedores de materiais educacionais, orientando a construção das entregas e coordenando o desenvolvimento dos projetos para garantir qualidade, alinhamento metodológico e efetividade das soluções.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesLevantar e analisar necessidades de aprendizagem junto às áreas clientes, instrutores e demais envolvidos, definindo objetivos, escopo, estratégias instrucionais e soluções educacionais adequadas.Estruturar cursos, conteúdos e experiências de aprendizagem, elaborando roteiros, storyboards, especificações técnicas e orientações para desenvolvimento dos materiais.Orientar e acompanhar tecnicamente a equipe de desenvolvimento, validando entregas e garantindo aderência aos padrões metodológicos, objetivos de aprendizagem e requisitos dos projetos.Planejar, acompanhar e controlar o andamento dos desenvolvimentos por meio de cronogramas, quadros de gestão, indicadores, relatórios gerenciais e demais mecanismos de acompanhamento.Atuar como interface entre os desenvolvedores, conteudistas, instrutores, coordenadores e demais áreas de desenvolvimento de pessoas, garantindo alinhamento das demandas, prioridades e entregas.Identificar oportunidades de melhoria na experiência de aprendizagem por meio da aplicação de metodologias, recursos multimídia, tecnologias educacionais, inteligência artificial e demais soluções voltadas à ampliação da qualidade e escalabilidade das iniciativas.Executar outras atividades correlatas às acima descritas, conforme solicitação de seu superior imediato.Requisitos e qualificações REQUISITOS OBRIGATÓRIOS:Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Pedagogia, Engenharia Mecânica, Engenharia Elétrica, Engenharia de Produção ou DesignREQUISITOS DESEJÁVEIS:Inglês intermediário Ferramentas de autoria (Articulate 360)Estruturação e roteirização de cursos EAD e presenciaisMetodologias de aprendizagem e Design Instrucional Planejamento de projetos, cronogramas e custosUX DesignProdução de storyboards e propostas pedagógicasPacote Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint e Outlook)Desenvolvimento interpessoalInformáticaFundamentos de Design Instrucional e princípios de aprendizagemPlataformas LMS/LXP HABILIDADES PESSOAIS: Facilidade para trabalhar em equipe, iniciativa, autonomia, atenção aos detalhes, comunicação verbal e escrita, comprometimento, senso de prioridades, resiliência, flexibilidade, senso crítico, proatividade, negociação, relacionamento interpessoal, criatividade, capacidade de comunicação, capacidade analítica e organização.
