Für unsere Kita Märchenwald in Hagen suchen wir eine pädagogische Fachkraft (m/w/d) in Vollzeit (40 Wochenstunden), die mit Freude, Spaß und Empathie unsere Kita-Kinder begleiten und fördern möchten.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Die Bildung, Erziehung, Betreuung und das Beobachten der Kinder sowie das Führen der Bildungsdokumentation sind Deine Hauptaufgaben.
  • Du unterstützt Dein Team engagiert bei der Planung, Gestaltung und Durchführung der pädagogischen Arbeit nach unserer Konzeption und den gesetzlichen Grundlagen.
  • Du pflegst und baust Bildungs- und Erziehungspartnerschaft mit den Eltern auf.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du hast eine abgeschlossene Erzieherausbildung, Kinderkrankenschwester oder ähnliche Qualifikation zur Fachkraft nach Kibiz.
  • Deine pädagogischen Ansätze findest Du in unserem Rahmenkonzept wieder und möchtest die Entwicklung der Kinder fördern und stellst das Wohl der Kinder in den Mittelpunkt Deines Handelns.
  • Spaß, Freude und Empathie zeichnen Deine Arbeitsweise aus.
  • Flexibilität und Engagement bringst Du mit und unterstützt das Team mit Deiner Arbeit.
