Dein Aufgabenbereich

  • (selbständiges) Entwerfen von Urkunden
  • Telefonische, schriftliche und digitale Kommunikation mit Mandanten, Gerichten, Ämtern und Behörden
  • Koordination von Besprechungs- und Beurkundungsterminen
  • Selbständiger Vollzug von Grundstückskaufverträgen
  • Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von Registeranmeldungen
  • Durchführung von Unterschriftsbeglaubigungen
  • Erstellen der Notarkostenabrechnungen

Stellenanforderungen

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Rechtsanwalt- und Notarfachangestellten (m/w/d)
  • Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung im notariellen Bereich oder in vergleichbaren Aufgabenfeldern
  • Sicheres und professionelles Auftreten sowie ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Interesse an modernen, digitalen Arbeitsprozessen und Offenheit für neue Entwicklungen
