Als Projectleider Energy Hubs bij WeGroSan/hmvt neem je de regie over uitdagende nieuwbouw- en verbouwprojecten voor tankstations en Energy Hubs in België. Je begeleidt jouw projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en zorgt ervoor dat planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid onder controle blijven.

Jouw taken:

  • Je leidt projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering.
  • Je bewaakt planning, budget, kwaliteit, veiligheid en voortgang.
  • Je coördineert werfleiders, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Je onderhoudt contacten met klanten en andere projectpartners.
  • Je volgt offertes, bestellingen, wijzigingen en meerwerken op.
  • Je bewaakt de financiële voortgang van jouw projecten.
  • Je signaleert commerciële kansen en draagt bij aan de verdere groei van WeGroSan/hmvt.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's binnen WeGroSan/hmvt en Antea Group Milieurealisatie in Nederland.

Je werkt aan zichtbare en technisch uitdagende projecten waarin klassieke tankstations steeds verder evolueren naar duurzame Energy Hubs, met onder andere elektrisch laden, waterstof en retail.

Wie zoeken we?

Je bent een projectleider die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en het overzicht bewaart. Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet ook hoe belangrijk een goede samenwerking met collega's, klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers is.

We zoeken iemand die:

  • beschikt over een bachelor- of masterdiploma in bouwkunde, civiele techniek of een vergelijkbare richting, of gelijkwaardig is door ervaring;
  • minimaal 3 jaar relevante ervaring heeft als projectleider, werfleider of in een vergelijkbare technische functie;
  • sterk is in plannen en organiseren;
  • technisch inzicht combineert met financieel bewustzijn;
  • duidelijk en professioneel communiceert;
  • zelfstandig, ondernemend en oplossingsgericht werkt;
  • veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu belangrijk vindt;
  • interesse heeft in bouw, techniek en duurzame mobiliteit;
  • bereid is zich naar verschillende projectlocaties te verplaatsen.
