Arbeitsmodelle: Teilzeit (ab 24 Stunden/Woche) oder Vollzeit (4 Tage oder 5 Tage/Woche)

Zu den Aufgaben gehören:

  • Assistenz, Vor- und Nachbereitung endoskopischer Eingriffe nach aktuellen pflegerischen Standards und Leitlinien;
  • Instrumentier- und Springertätigkeit während operativer Eingriffe;
  • Medizinisch-pflegerische Versorgung und Überwachung unserer Patienten, prä- und postoperativ einschließlich Entlassungsmanagement;
  • Dokumentation von Pflegemaßnahmen und Patientenbeobachtung;
  • Ausführung ärztlicher Anordnungen, wie z. B. Medikamentengabe, Blutentnahmen, subkutane, intravenöse und intramuskuläre Injektionen und Anlegen von Infusionen;
  • Aufbereitung der Endoskope und Instrumente gemäß DGSV-Vorgaben;
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und durchführung hygienischer und seuchenhygienischer Maßnahmen einschlielich der Sterilisation und Desinfektion von Instrumenten und Medizinprodukten;
  • Verschiedene organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben während des Aufenthalts des Patienten;
  • Bedienung der medizinisch-technischen Geräte;
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informationsflusses bei Übergaben, Team- und Fallbesprechungen; und
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team.

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierter Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester (w/m/d) bzw. Fachkrankenpfleger / Fachkrankenschwester Endoskopie (w/m/d)
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung Fachkunde Endoskopie oder Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Berufserfahrung als Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester Endoskopie (w/m/d) von Vorteil
  • Empathisches Verständnis und Patientenorientierung
  • Die Fähigkeit, ein Lächeln in die Gesichter der Menschen zu zaubern
  • Freundliches Auftreten, Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Lernbereitschaft und Interesse an der eigenen Weiterentwicklung
  • Selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
