Das Bürgerspital Wertheim als innovatives Gesundheitszentrum vereint Fachklinik, Grund- und Notfallversorgung unter einem Dach und revolutioniert die medizinische Versorgung in der Region. Das Bürgerspital Wertheim ist ein Haus der Grund- und Regelversorgung und verfügt über die chefarztgeführten Abteilungen Chirurgie, Innere Medizin und Anästhesie, eine bestens ausgestattete radiologische Abteilung inkl. CT und MRT sowie eine entsprechende Zentrale Notaufnahme der Versorgungsstufe Stufe 1. Ferner betreiben wir ein ambitioniertes Adipositaszentrum. Über 200 Mit­ar­bei­tende en­ga­gie­ren sich für das Wohl unserer Patienten.

Wir suchen eine/n: Kreditorenbuchhalter/in (m/w/d)

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit (min. 27 Stunden/Woche)

Deine Aufgaben

  • Prüfung, Kontierung und Buchung von Eingangsrechnungen
  • Vorbereitung des Zahlungsverkehrs (elektronisch und manuell)
  • Abstimmung und Pflege der Kreditorenkonten
  • Klärung von offenen Posten und Differenzen mit Lieferanten und internen Fachabteilungen
  • Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen nach HGB
  • Mitarbeit bei der Digitalisierung und Optimierung von Buchhaltungsprozessen
  • Einhaltung und Umsetzung von gesetzlichen und internen Richtlinien

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. als Bürokaufmann/-frau, Steuerfachangestellte*r oder vergleichbar)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Kreditorenbuchhaltung, idealerweise im Gesundheitswesen (keine Voraussetzung)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit Buchhaltungssoftware (z. B. Odoo oder vergleichbare Systeme)
  • Gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Hohe Zuverlässigkeit, Genauigkeit und ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
