Wir suchen eine/n: Medizinische Fachangestellte (m/w/d) Klinische Kodierung

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Du hast ein gutes Auge für Details, Interesse an medizinischer Dokumentation und möchtest mit Deiner Arbeit einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Qualität und Wirtschaftlichkeit unseres Krankenhauses leisten? Du hast bereits Erfahrung in einer ärztlichen Praxis gesammelt und möchtest nun den nächsten Schritt gehen? Wir unterstützen Dich dabei! Deine Aufgaben

  • Eigenständige und fallbegleitende Abrechnung der Notfallambulanz nach EBM
  • Kodierung und Verschlüsselung von Diagnosen und Prozeduren nach ICD-10-GM und OPS
  • Sicherstellung einer korrekten KV-Notfallabrechnung mit Quartalsabschluss
  • Unterstützung des ärztlichen und pflegerischen Teams bei Fragen zur Abrechnung
  • Mitwirkung an der Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung interner Abrechnungsprozesse
  • Kenntnisse in der GOÄ-Abrechnung von Vorteil
  • Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung in der DRG-Kodierung und Abrechnung

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene medizinische oder pflegerische Ausbildung (z. B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Medizinische/r Fachangestellte/r, Medizinische/r Dokumentationsassistent/in) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Kenntnisse in der Abrechnung nach EBM und GOÄ wünschenswert
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Klassifikationssysteme (ICD-10-GM, OPS)
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, idealerweise Erfahrung mit Krankenhausinformationssystemen (z. B. M-KIS, idealerweise Meierhofer)
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Kostenträgern
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise, hohe Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Diskretion und ein freundliches Auftreten im interdisziplinären Team
