Die Westfalenklinik ist hochspezialisiert auf fachärztliche Leistungen auf den Gebieten der ästhetischen Chirurgie und Dermatologie, der modernen Haartransplantation, des medizinisch begleiteten Abnehmens sowie der Venen- und Intimchirurgie. In unserer modernen und medizinisch top ausgestatteten Einrichtung finden sowohl ambulante als auch stationäre Behandlungen und Operationen statt.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen

Examinierte Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in (m/w/d)

Zu den Aufgaben gehören im Besonderen:

  • Medizinisch-pflegerische Versorgung unserer Patienten, prä- und post-Operativ und Entlassungsmanagement;
  • Dokumentation von Pflegemaßnahmen und Patientenbeobachtung;
  • Ausführung ärztlicher Anordnungen, wie z. B. Medikamentengabe, Blutentnahmen, subkutane, intravenöse und intramuskuläre Injektionen und Anlegen von Infusionen;
  • Assistenz, Vor- und Nachbereitung operativen Eingriffe nach aktuellen pflegerischen Standards und Leitlinien;
  • Instrumentier- und Springertätigkeiten während operativer Eingriffe;
  • Einhaltung der Hygienevorschriften und durchführung hygienischer und seuchenhygienischer Maßnahmen einschlielich der Sterilisation und Desinfektion von Instrumenten und Medizinprodukten;
  • Verschiedene organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben während des Aufenthalts des Patienten;
  • Bedienung der medizinisch-technischen Geräte;
  • Sicherstellung eines effizienten Informationsflusses bei Übergaben, Team- und Fallbesprechungen; und
  • Eine enge Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team.
  • Du trägst zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Arbeitsabläufe bei;
  • Gemeinsam mit Deinen Kollegen sorgst Du dafür, dass der Besuch unserer Patienten zu einem besonderen Moment wird.

Das bringst Du mit:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in oder Fachgesundheits-und Krankenpfleger/in für operative Funktionsbereiche.
  • Berufserfahrung in der Schönheitsbranche von Vorteil,
  • Hohes Interesse an Qualität und Patientenzufriedenheit;
  • Motivation und Eifer, um zu lernen und zu wachsen;
  • Digitale und PC-Kenntnisse;
  • Multitasking-Fähigkeit und Freude an der Arbeit;
  • ausgezeichnetes Deutsch in Wort und Schrift;
  • Professionalität und Empathie;
  • Besondere Qualifikationen, Weiterbildungen und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse in Englisch wären von Vorteil.
