Das Bürgerspital Wertheim ist ein Haus der Grund- und Regelversorgung und verfügt über die chefarztgeführten Abteilungen Chirurgie, Innere Medizin und Anästhesie, eine bestens ausgestattete radiologische Abteilung inkl. CT und MRT sowie eine entsprechende Zentrale Notaufnahme der Versorgungsstufe Stufe 1. Ferner betreiben wir ein ambitioniertes Adipositaszentrum. Über 200 Mit­ar­bei­tende en­ga­gie­ren sich für das Wohl unserer Patienten.

Wir suchen eine/n: medizinischer Fachangestellter (m/w/d) für unser Team Patientenmanagement

Vollzeit oder Teilzeit

Als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Patienten und unserem Ärzteteam übernimmst du eine Schlüsselrolle in der Organisation unseres Klinikalltags. Insbesondere in der Sprechstunde der Allgemeinchirurgie, Unfallchirurgie sowie der neurochirurgischen Sprechstunde. Mit deinem Organisationstalent, deiner Empathie und deiner strukturierten Arbeitsweise sorgst du dafür, dass administrative und organisatorische Abläufe reibungslos funktionieren und sich unsere Patienten vom ersten Kontakt an gut begleitet fühlen.

Deine Aufgabe:

  • Freundlicher Empfang von Patienten und Angehörigen - persönlich, telefonisch und per E-Mail
  • Koordination der ambulanten Sprechstunden sowie die Terminierung und Planung der Prämedikationssprechstunde
  • Einpflegen von OP-Terminen in unseren OP-Plan
  • Administrative Patientenaufnahme inklusive des dazugehörigen Vertragswesens
  • Erfassung und Pflege der Daten
  • Betreuung der Sprechstunde inkl. Assistenz bei den Untersuchungen
  • Verbandswechsel, Blutabnahme und EKGs
  • Erstellung von Arztbriefen und Befundberichten

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im Gesundheitswesen (z.B. MFA oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger) oder vergleichbar
  • Freundliches, empathisches Auftreten
  • Ausgeprägtes Organisationstalent, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an Administrativen Abläufen
  • Lust eigene Stärken und Ideen im Team einzubringen um dieses stetig weiterzuentwickeln
  • Teamfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Sicherer Umgang mit M-KIS (Vorteil) und MS Office
