Das Bürgerspital Wertheim ist ein Haus der Grund- und Regelversorgung und verfügt über die chefarztgeführten Abteilungen Chirurgie, Innere Medizin und Anästhesie, eine bestens ausgestattete radiologische Abteilung inkl. CT und MRT sowie eine entsprechende Zentrale Notaufnahme der Versorgungsstufe Stufe 1. Ferner betreiben wir ein ambitioniertes Adipositaszentrum. Über 200 Mit­ar­bei­tende en­ga­gie­ren sich für das Wohl unserer Patienten

Wir suchen eine/n: Pflegekraft (m/w/d) Vollzeit, Teilzeit, Minijob

In unserem modernen Krankenhaus steht das Wohl unserer Patienten an erster Stelle. Als Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger bist du das Herzstück unserer Patientenversorgung. Du kombinierst fachliche Expertise mit menschlicher Wärme und sorgst dafür, dass sich unsere Patienten bestens aufgehoben fühlen. Ob in der Intensivpflege, der Anästhesie, die Zentrale Notaufnahme, oder auf einer unserer Pflegestationen - hier kannst du deine Fähigkeiten voll entfalten und deine Leidenschaft für den Pflegeberuf leben.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Professionelle und einfühlsame Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patienten
  • Durchführung ärztlich verordneter Maßnahmen
  • Dokumentation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit im interdisziplinären Team
  • Mitwirkung bei der Qualitätssicherung und -verbesserung
  • Ansprechpartner für Patienten, Angehörige und Ärzte
  • Teilnahme an Dienstbesprechungen und internen Schulungen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger), oder als Pflegehilfskraft
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Teamfähigkeit und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
  • Ein aktueller Nachweis über die Masernimmunität

Wünschenswert, aber nicht Voraussetzung:

  • Fachweiterbildung für Anästhesie und Intensivpflege
  • Zusatzqualifikationen in der Endoskopie oder im Operationsdienst
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Pflege- und Dokumentationssystemen
