Das Bürgerspital Wertheim ist ein Haus der Grund- und Regelversorgung und verfügt über die chefarztgeführten Abteilungen Chirurgie, Innere Medizin und Anästhesie, eine bestens ausgestattete radiologische Abteilung inkl. CT und MRT sowie eine entsprechende Zentrale Notaufnahme der Versorgungsstufe Stufe 1. Ferner betreiben wir ein ambitioniertes Adipositaszentrum. Über 200 Mit­ar­bei­tende en­ga­gie­ren sich für das Wohl unserer Patienten.

Wir suchen: Pflegekraft – Zentrale Notaufnahme (m/w/d)

Vollzeit (39h), Teilzeit oder auf Minijob Basis

Als Pflegefachkraft in unserer Zentralen Notaufnahme bist du eine der ersten Anlaufstellen für unsere Patienten – ob internistische, chirurgische oder traumatologische Notfälle. Du behältst auch dann den Überblick, wenn es voll wird, priorisierst sicher und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem ärztlichen Team dafür, dass jeder Patient schnell und passend versorgt wird.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Ersteinschätzung und Priorisierung von Patienten nach definierten Triage-Kriterien
  • Organisieren, Vorbereiten und Mitwirken bei diagnostischen und therapeutischen Maßnahmen (z. B. Blutentnahmen, EKG, Infusionen, Wundversorgung nach Anordnung)
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung von Vitalparametern sowie Erkennen und Weitergeben kritischer Veränderungen
  • Fachgerechte Betreuung von Notfallpatienten unterschiedlichster Fachrichtungen – vom Bagatellfall bis zum Schockraum
  • Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem kein Tag dem anderen gleicht
  • Ausgeprägte Teamarbeit, Kommunikationsstärke und wertschätzender Umgang mit Patienten, Angehörigen und Kollegen

Dein Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, Pflegefachmann)
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung in der Notaufnahme, Notfallpflege, Intensivpflege oder einem vergleichbaren Akutbereich – motivierte Einsteiger mit Interesse an der Notfallpflege sind ebenfalls willkommen
  • Alternativ auch Medizinische Fachangestellte mit nachweislicher Erfahrung im Akut- oder Notfallbereich willkommen
  • Freude an einem dynamischen Umfeld, in dem kein Tag dem anderen gleicht
  • Sicheres Auftreten, Entscheidungsfähigkeit und ein kühler Kopf in Stress- und Notfallsituationen
  • Ausgeprägte Teamarbeit, Kommunikationsstärke und wertschätzender Umgang mit Patienten, Angehörigen und Kollegen
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht-, Nacht-, Wochenend- und Feiertagsdiensten im Rahmen der Notfallversorgung
