Wir suchen dich, um unsere Rebberge fachgerecht zu bewirtschaften, die Traubenqualität auf höchstem Niveau zu halten und gemeinsam charaktervolle Weine zu schaffen.

Wer wir sind

Wir sind eine kleine, unkonventionelle Genossenschaft – gegründet 1912 –, die sich zwischen Tradition und Aufbruch bewegt. Wir vinifizieren authentische Weine mit Charakter. Unser Augenmerk liegt auf maximaler Qualität und Weinen, die Spass machen und unsere Freude und Leidenschaft widerspiegeln.

Unsere Genossenschaft zählt rund 100 Mitglieder. Wir bewirtschaften zum einen Rebfläche selbst und verarbeiten Trauben von Produzenten. Daraus entstehen Weine aus Pinot Noir, Malbec, Cabernet Dorsa, Riesling\-Sylvaner, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris und Souvignier Gris.

Wir haben Freude an unorthodoxen Wegen, innovativen Ideen und Menschen, die Verantwortung übernehmen. Dafür suchen wir dich als Verstärkung unseres Teams.

Was dich erwartet

  • Du kümmerst dich um die Reben – vom Rebschnitt bis zur Ernte – und sorgst für gesunde Trauben von hoher Qualität.
  • Du planst und koordinierst Pflanzenschutz, Laubpflege und Bodenbewirtschaftung.
  • Du organisierst und führst unsere Saisonarbeiter und Erntehelfer und packst selbst mit an.
  • Du beurteilst die Traubenqualität und bestimmst gemeinsam mit dem Kellermeister und Geschäftsführer den richtigen Lesezeitpunkt.
  • Du unterstützt bei Bedarf die Arbeiten im Keller und bist während der Ernte mittendrin, wenn der neue Jahrgang entsteht.
  • Du kümmerst dich um Maschinen und Geräte und bist verantwortlich für die Instandhaltung
  • Du arbeitest als Partner eng mit unseren Traubenproduzenten und Genossenschaftern zusammen.

Du bist nah an den Reben, nah am Produkt und mittendrin in einem Betrieb, in dem deine Arbeit sichtbar etwas bewegt.

Was du mitbringen solltest

  • Eine Ausbildung im Weinbau, beispielsweise als Winzer/in EFZ, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Fundierte praktische Erfahrung im Rebberg und ein gutes Gespür für Reben, Trauben Freude an selbstständigem Arbeiten, Planen und Organisieren
  • Erfahrung in der Anleitung von Mitarbeitenden oder Saisonarbeitskräften
  • Technisches Verständnis und Freude am Umgang mit Maschinen
  • Eine sorgfältige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Teamgeist, Eigeninitiative und die Bereitschaft, auch in arbeitsintensiven Phasen anzupacken
