Lo que harás

  • Gestión Documental: Apoyar y organizar tareas de documentación, asegurando la carga precisa y oportuna de información en plataformas digitales para la sucursal de Calama.
  • Operaciones Administrativas: Operar equipos administrativos de manera eficiente, con énfasis en herramientas relacionadas a un uso significativo de energía.
  • Colaboración Transversal: Interactuar con distintos departamentos para facilitar el flujo de información y apoyar propuestas estratégicas alineadas con los objetivos del área.
  • Seguridad Primero: Demostrar un compromiso del 100% con nuestras conductas de “cero daños” en apoyo a una cultura de seguridad de clase mundial.

Lo que aportarás

Requisitos:

  • Estudiante vigente de Administración, Prevención de Riesgos, Medio Ambiente u otra carrera afín.
  • Dominio intermedio de Microsoft Office.
  • Salud compatible con los requerimientos del cargo.

Deseable:

  • Experiencia o familiaridad con ingreso de datos en plataformas digitales.
  • Conocimientos básicos de procesos administrativos.
