Esta práctica te permitirá participar activamente en operaciones logísticas reales dentro de un entorno industrial de clase mundial. Tendrás la oportunidad de adquirir experiencia práctica, desarrollar conocimientos en logística y cadena de suministro, y colaborar con diferentes áreas del negocio mientras contribuyes al funcionamiento eficiente de nuestras operaciones.

Además de apoyar al equipo, buscamos estudiantes con potencial para desarrollarse profesionalmente dentro de Weir. Muchos de nuestros practicantes han continuado su carrera profesional con nosotros una vez finalizados sus estudios.

¿Qué harás?

1. Coordinar actividades internas para los colaboradores de Weir. 2. Gestionar citas y reuniones con clientes internos y proveedores. 3. Apoyar en la gestión de tareas operativas en el área de relaciones laborales y bienestar, asegurando el correcto desarrollo de las iniciativas orientadas al bienestar de los colaboradores. 4. Colaborar en la comunicación interna, asegurando la difusión de información relevante. 5. Brindar orientación a los colaboradores en relación con actividades y procesos organizacionales. 6. Asegurar el cumplimiento de las actividades y objetivos asignados dentro del plazo establecidos.

Lo que aportarás

Requisitos indispensables:

- Estudiante de último año de la carrera de Psicología, Ingeniería en Recursos Humanos, Administración de Empresas o carrera afín.

- Habilidades de comunicación efectiva y trabajo en equipo.

- Proactividad y capacidad para gestionar múltiples tareas.

- Manejo de herramientas (Word, Excel, Outlook).
