Lo que harás

  • Desarrollo de Clientes: Identificar y desarrollar nuevas oportunidades de negocio, entregando soluciones integrales que integren los productos y servicios de Weir.
  • Gestión de Relaciones con Clientes: Administrar las interacciones diarias con los clientes, atendiendo consultas y resolviendo reclamos para garantizar altos niveles de satisfacción y fidelización.
  • Ejecución de Ventas: Coordinar la preparación y emisión de cotizaciones y servicios en terreno, asegurando la alineación con el plan de ventas y las necesidades del cliente.
  • Reporte de Desempeño Comercial: Reportar periódicamente los resultados de la ejecución del plan de ventas, realizando seguimiento del avance frente a los objetivos e identificando oportunidades de mejora.
  • Control de Inventarios: Monitorear y controlar el stock en consignación de repuestos, asegurando una disponibilidad óptima para respaldar las operaciones del cliente.
  • Viajes y Gestión Comercial: Realizar viajes frecuentes dentro de la región sur para visitar clientes, destinando aproximadamente un 80% del tiempo a actividades en terreno y un 20% a trabajo de oficina.
  • La seguridad primero: Demostrar un compromiso del 100% con nuestros comportamientos de cero daño, apoyando nuestro camino hacia una cultura de seguridad de clase mundial.

Lo que aportarás

Requisitos indispensables:

  • Bachiller o Título universitario en Ingeniería Metalúrgica, Mecánica, Química o carreras afines.
  • Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en un rol similar de cuentas clave o ventas dentro de la industria minera.
  • Sólido conocimiento en procesamiento de minerales y equipos de planta minera (bombas, molinos, revestimientos, zarandas, ciclones, entre otros).
  • Licencia de conducir AI
  • Disponibilidad para viajes frecuentes en la región sur.

Requisitos deseables:

  • Nivel de inglés intermedio
