Aplicarás tus habilidades para generar resultados significativos, ya sea mediante operaciones, planificación o apoyo al cliente. Lo que harás

Brindar apoyo en las actividades logísticas diarias, incluyendo el seguimiento de embarques, la coordinación del transporte, el monitoreo de entregas y la comunicación con transportistas, garantizando movimientos oportunos y rentables de mercancías a través de Norteamérica.

Apoyar en la recopilación, validación y análisis de datos logísticos para elaborar reportes de desempeño, monitorear indicadores clave, identificar tendencias y contribuir a iniciativas de mejora continua.

Participar en proyectos logísticos enfocados en la reducción de costos de transporte, mejora de niveles de servicio, incremento de la visibilidad operativa y optimización de procesos mediante soluciones basadas en datos.

Trabajar en estrecha colaboración con los equipos de servicio al cliente, compras, almacenes, proveedores de transporte y operaciones regionales para respaldar la ejecución de la cadena de suministro y resolver incidencias logísticas.

Demostrar un compromiso absoluto con nuestra cultura de “Cero Daños”, apoyando el desarrollo de una cultura de seguridad de clase mundial.

Requisitos indispensables

Estar cursando 5to o 6to semestre una licenciatura en Administración de la Cadena de Suministro, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, Comercio Internacional o una disciplina afín.

Contar con sólidas habilidades analíticas y de resolución de problemas.

Dominar Microsoft Excel; se valorará el conocimiento de Power BI, SAP u otras plataformas ERP/TMS.

Inglés avanzado.

Capacidad para colaborar con equipos multifuncionales en Norteamérica.

Persona proactiva, orientada al detalle y con interés por aprender en un entorno dinámico de logística y cadena de suministro.
