¿Qué harás?

⦿ Soporte Operativo: Gestionar y dar seguimiento diario a órdenes de compra, asegurando su procesamiento oportuno y el cumplimiento de las políticas corporativas de abastecimiento.

⦿ Gestión de Proveedores: Buscar, registrar y desarrollar proveedores, manteniendo una comunicación efectiva para atender las necesidades del área de compras.

⦿ Atención a Clientes Internos: Atender y dar seguimiento a solicitudes de clientes internos, proporcionando respuestas claras, oportunas y profesionales.

⦿ Análisis de Datos y Reportes: Apoyar en el análisis de información y en la elaboración de reportes mensuales que faciliten la toma de decisiones dentro del área de Supply Chain.

⦿ Cumplimiento de Procesos: Garantizar el apego a los procesos de compras y políticas corporativas, comunicando y defendiendo los procedimientos establecidos de forma profesional.

⦿ Dinámica del Rol: Buscamos una persona proactiva, organizada y con confianza para interactuar tanto con proveedores como con clientes internos, enfocada en la ejecución y seguimiento de actividades.

Lo que aportarás

Requisitos indispensables

⦿ Disponibilidad para realizar prácticas profesionales de tiempo completo.

⦿ Carrera en Logística, Administración Logística, Ingeniería Industrial o afín.

⦿ Manejo intermedio o avanzado de Microsoft Excel y dominio de Word y PowerPoint.

⦿ Excelentes habilidades de comunicación con proveedores y clientes internos.

⦿ Alto sentido de responsabilidad, organización y atención al detalle.

⦿ Capacidad para seguir procesos, políticas y lineamientos establecidos.

Requisitos deseables

⦿ Experiencia utilizando tablas dinámicas y realizando análisis de datos en Excel.

⦿ Conocimientos en creación de dashboards y Power BI.

⦿ Familiaridad con Power Automate.

⦿ Inglés básico a intermedio.

⦿ Experiencia académica o práctica relacionada con compras, logística o Supply Chain.
