Das Riders Hotel ist kein Hotel wie jedes andere. Mitten in LAAX, nah an der Halfpipe und am Snowpark LAAX, treffen sich hier Rider:innen, Kreative, Musikbegeisterte, Familien und Freund:innen.

Die Riders Lobby ist Wohnzimmer vom frühen Morgen bis spät am Abend und bietet ein kuratiertes Menü direkt an der Bar. Im Restaurant wird zusammen gegessen, im Club bis in die Nacht gefeiert.

Du arbeitest in einer Küche, in der unkompliziertes Essen trotzdem richtig gutes Essen bedeutet. Unser Food soll schnell auf dem Teller sein, aber dafür arbeiten wir mit echten Zutaten, kochen und produzieren selbst und geben bekannten Gerichten unseren eigenen Twist. Vom Frühstück über Lobby Food bis zum Restaurant arbeitest du dort mit, wo deine Stärken liegen und du gerade gebraucht wirst. Gemeinsam im Team sorgen wir dafür, dass unser Food einfach, richtig gut und immer Riders ist.

Was du bewegst

  • Du arbeitest je nach Einsatz und deinen Stärken in den Bereichen Frühstück, Lobby Food und Restaurant mit.
  • Du bereitest unsere Gerichte und Produkte frisch vor, übernimmst Mise en Place und sorgst während des Services für eine schnelle und konstante Umsetzung.
  • Du stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Portionierung, Präsentation sowie unsere Hygiene- und HACCP-Standards eingehalten werden.
  • Du gehst verantwortungsvoll mit Lebensmitteln und Waren um, kontrollierst Produkte und Lagerung und hilfst dabei, Food Waste möglichst gering zu halten.
  • Du lernst unsere Abläufe so kennen, dass du deinen Bereich selbstständig und zuverlässig führen kannst - auch wenn du einmal alleine in der Küche arbeitest.

Was dich ausmacht

  • Du hast eine gastronomische Ausbildung und/oder Erfahrung in der Küche und vor allem richtig Freude am Kochen.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit echten Zutaten und hast Lust auf eine Küche, in der viel selbst vorbereitet, gekocht und ausprobiert wird.
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, sauber und organisiert und übernimmst Verantwortung für deinen Arbeitsplatz und deine Aufgaben.
  • Du bist flexibel und hast Freude daran, in unterschiedlichen Bereichen und Services mitzuarbeiten.
  • Du bist unkompliziert, teamorientiert und bringst gerne deine Ideen und deine Persönlichkeit in unsere Küche ein.
