The posting

Je bent de schakel tussen onze klanten, de winkel en de werkplaats. Je ondersteunt de verkoop, zorgt ervoor dat klanten goed geholpen worden en helpt mee om de dagelijkse werking van de winkel georganiseerd te houden.

Klantenservice en herstellingen

  • Klanten verwelkomen, luisteren naar hun vragen en hen verder helpen.
  • Herstellingen aannemen, de werkzaamheden met de klant overlopen en de opdracht correct inboeken.
  • Bij het ophalen van fietsen de uitgevoerde werkzaamheden toelichten, afrekenen en de fiets meegeven.
  • Klanten vriendelijk en duidelijk informeren over de service aan hun fiets.

Winkel en verkoop

  • De winkel mee draaiende houden wanneer collega's klanten adviseren of verkopen afronden.
  • De voorraad opvolgen, goederen inboeken en de stock ordelijk houden.
  • Afspraken maken voor de aflevering en uitleg van nieuwe fietsen.
  • De verkoop ondersteunen en collega's helpen waar nodig.

Werkplaats

  • Kleine herstellingen uitvoeren.
  • Binnenbanden vervangen en eerste nazichten uitvoeren.
  • Fietsen monteren en rijklaar maken.
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte doorstroming van de fietsen tussen winkel en werkplaats.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken vooral een gemotiveerde, klantvriendelijke collega met interesse in fietsen en techniek.

Je hoeft niet alles al te kunnen. Technische kennis of ervaring in een fietsenwerkplaats is mooi meegenomen, maar geen absolute vereiste. We vinden het belangrijker dat je graag bijleert, initiatief neemt, nauwkeurig werkt en klanten op een aangename manier helpt.

Je bent iemand die graag samenwerkt, verantwoordelijkheid opneemt en niet bang is om praktisch aan de slag te gaan.

  • Je bent klantvriendelijk en communiceert vlot met klanten.
  • Je hebt interesse in fietsen en fietstechniek.
  • Je bent gemotiveerd, leergierig en bereid nieuwe vaardigheden aan te leren.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, neemt initiatief en ziet werk liggen.
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken en functioneert goed in een team.
  • Je bent bereid zowel klanten te helpen als praktische taken in de winkel en werkplaats uit te voeren.

Technische ervaring, fietskennis of ervaring in een werkplaats is een pluspunt, maar geen absolute vereiste.
