We routinely scout this talent pool for roles across various professional tracks, including: • Internships & Graduate Trainee Programs (6 to 12 months) • Investment & Trade Analysis / Research • Corporate Communications, Marketing & Media • Programs, Events & Project Management • Operations, Finance & Administrative Support General Requirements & Competencies: • A strong, undiluted belief in Africa's potential and alignment with W2A’s core values of Integrity, Passion, and Excellence. • Exceptional written/verbal communication, drafting, and presentation skills. • Strong analytical, decision-making, and quantitative/IT capabilities. • A structured, proactive mindset with the capacity to create order out of fast-paced or ambiguous situations. • Ability to bring new thinking, challenge the status quo, and take complete ownership of tasks. • For Internships: Open to full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students from diverse academic backgrounds looking for immersive, real-world international corporate experience.
