Nice & Côte d’Azur - Accompagnement d’une clientèle exigeante

Le marché immobilier niçois est unique.

Résidences principales en centre-ville, biens de caractère sur les collines, investisseurs internationaux, résidences secondaires sur la Côte d’Azur… Les enjeux sont élevés. Dans ce contexte, l’accompagnement ne peut pas être standardisé.

Chez Mon Chasseur Immo, nous ne travaillons pas pour vendre des biens. Nous accompagnons exclusivement les acquéreurs dans la recherche, la négociation et la sécurisation de leur achat.

Dans un marché comme Nice et sa région, ce positionnement fait la différence.

Nous recrutons 2 agents commerciaux pour accompagner notre développement sur la Côte d’Azur.

Votre mission

Vous accompagnez des acquéreurs, souvent moyen et haut de gamme, parfois internationaux, sur des projets à forts enjeux.

Concrètement :

  • développement de votre réseau local (agents, prescripteurs, partenaires)
  • signature de mandats de recherche
  • recherche active de biens (marché + off market)
  • organisation des visites
  • négociation dans l’intérêt exclusif de vos clients
  • accompagnement jusqu’à la signature

Vous gérez votre activité avec une grande autonomie d’organisation, tout en bénéficiant d’un cadre structuré, d’outils digitaux uniques et performants et d’un accompagnement métier solide.

Rémunération : commissions sur honoraires Revenus généralement compris entre 50 000 € et 75 000 €, avec un potentiel au-delà de 125 000 € pour les profils performants.

Profil recherché

  • professionnel de l’immobilier souhaitant évoluer vers un positionnement acquéreur
  • ou commercial expérimenté, à l’aise avec une clientèle exigeante
  • bonne connaissance du marché niçois et de la Côte d’Azur
  • culture du service, rigueur et ambition commerciale
