Deine Aufgaben

  • Strategischer und operativer Einkauf: Du verantwortest den gesamten Einkaufsprozess für unsere Elektronikprodukte - von der Bedarfsermittlung über die Bestellung bis zur termingerechten Verfügbarkeit. Dabei stellst du sicher, dass Qualität, Preis und Lieferzeit optimal aufeinander abgestimmt sind.
  • Lieferantenmanagement & Verhandlungen: Auswahl, Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung unserer Lieferanten gehören zu deinem Tagesgeschäft. Du verhandelst Preise, Lieferkonditionen und Rahmenverträge und sorgst für eine nachhaltige und verlässliche Beschaffungsstrategie.
  • Bestell und Dispositionsmanagement: Du planst und steuerst Bestellmengen, überwachst Liefertermine und sorgst für eine optimale Warenverfügbarkeit.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb & Auftragsabwicklung: In enger Abstimmung mit dem Vertrieb stellst du sicher, dass Kundenaufträge reibungslos abgewickelt werden. Du bringst einkäuferische Perspektiven aktiv ein und findest pragmatische Lösungen bei Engpässen oder Sonderanforderungen.
  • Reklamations und Qualitätsmanagement: Du klärst Lieferabweichungen, Fehlmengen und Qualitätsprobleme direkt mit Lieferanten und internen Schnittstellen und sorgst für nachhaltige Lösungen.
  • Stammdaten und Artikelpflege: Pflege und Aktualisierung von Lieferanten, Artikel und Preisdaten im ERP-System, damit Einkauf und Vertrieb jederzeit auf verlässliche Daten zugreifen können.
  • Prozessoptimierung im Einkauf: Du identifizierst Verbesserungspotenziale in Einkaufs und Beschaffungsprozessen und bringst aktiv Ideen zur Effizienzsteigerung ein.

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen oder technischen Bereich
  • Mehrjährige Vorerfahrung im Einkauf, idealerweise im Elektronik, High-Tech- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld
  • Sicheres technisches Verständnis und Interesse an elektronischen Produkten
  • Erfahrung in Lieferantenverhandlungen und Preisgestaltung
  • Strukturierte, analytische und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke im Umgang mit Lieferanten, internen Teams und Partnern
  • Sicherer Umgang mit ERP-Systemen und MS Office
  • Teamgeist, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Hands-on-Mentalität
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
