We zetten de kracht van de natuur om in effectieve formules, dankzij onze expertise die ruim 100 jaar teruggaat. We houden daarbij rekening met al onze relaties: telers, medewerkers, handelspartners en consumenten. Als B Corp-gecertificeerde organisatie worden onze sociale en ecologische prestaties onafhankelijk beoordeeld.

Naast natuurcosmetica ontwikkelen we ook zelfzorgproducten en geneesmiddelen. Hiervoor maken we onder andere gebruik van ingrediënten die we zelf telen in onze biodynamische tuin in Zoetermeer.

Vacatureomschrijving

Ben jij op zoek naar een meewerkstage in een dynamische omgeving? Wil je ervaring opdoen binnen FMCG en e-commerce bij een purposegedreven B Corp-merk met meer dan 100 jaar historie? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!

Meewerkstage E-commerce WELEDA Benelux

Tijdens je stage draai je mee in sales team van WELEDA Benelux, waar je brede ervaring opdoet binnen online retail en digitale verkoop. Je werkt mee aan de online zichtbaarheid en prestaties van WELEDA bij diverse e-commercepartners en marketplaces, zoals Bol.com, Amazon en andere online retailers.

Functie-eisen

Je ondersteunt de e-commerce activiteiten onder andere met de volgende werkzaamheden:

  • Optimaliseren en beheren van productinformatie voor online retailers en marketplaces.
  • Ondersteunen bij de voorbereiding van online promoties en commerciële activaties.
  • Analyseren van online verkoopdata, marktontwikkelingen en digitale prestaties.
  • Signaleren van kansen om content, zichtbaarheid en conversie te verbeteren.
  • Onderzoek doen naar concurrenten, online assortimenten en prijsontwikkelingen.
  • Meewerken aan de verbetering van de onlineklantreis en merkpresentatie.

Kortom: jij bent een bevlogen student die volwaardig meedraait in het sales team. Proactief, hands-on, zelfstandig en leergierig.

Wat biedt WELEDA?

Wij bieden een stageplek waar je veel verschillende dingen kunt oppakken en leren, onder begeleiding van ervaren professionals. Daarnaast krijg je de kans om praktijk ervaring op te doen op het gebied van e-commerce bij een sterk merk in de FMCG-sector. WELEDA biedt een stagevergoeding die afhankelijk is van het niveau van de opleiding. Hybride werken behoort tot de mogelijkheden, maar we zien je uiteraard graag het merendeel van de week bij ons op kantoor in Zoetermeer.

Periode

Deze stageplaats wordt doorlopend aangeboden, voor een periode van minimaal 3 maanden. Standplaats Zoetermeer (hoofdkantoor WELEDA Benelux)
