Chez Welex Group, vous rejoignez une entreprise familiale internationale spécialisée dans la production, la vente et la location de plaques de roulage, de plaques de répartition de charge en bois dur et de solutions d’accès temporaire.

En tant qu’Agent de Location & Chantier (H/F), vous travaillez à la fois sur notre dépôt et sur différents chantiers. Vous veillez à ce que notre matériel soit propre, contrôlé et prêt à temps, et vous participez aux travaux sur les chantiers.

Un métier pratique, avec du travail en extérieur, du matériel professionnel et de vraies responsabilités.

Quelles seront vos missions ?

  • Nettoyer, contrôler et entretenir notre matériel de location ;
  • Ranger, préparer et mettre à disposition le matériel pour les transports et les chantiers ;
  • Participer au chargement et au déchargement du matériel ;
  • Contrôler les quantités et signaler les dommages ou anomalies ;
  • Effectuer différentes tâches pratiques sur les chantiers ;
  • Utiliser correctement les machines, outils et équipements nécessaires ;
  • Collaborer avec vos collègues du dépôt, des chantiers et de la logistique ;
  • Veiller à travailler de manière sûre et soigneuse.

Avec vos collègues, vous veillez à ce que le bon matériel soit prêt au bon moment et que les chantiers puissent se dérouler dans de bonnes conditions.

Quel profil recherchons-nous ?

Pour ce poste, votre motivation et votre sens pratique sont au moins aussi importants que votre CV.

Vous :

  • aimez le travail manuel et n’avez pas peur de mettre la main à la pâte ;
  • aimez travailler avec du matériel, des machines et des outils ;
  • travaillez avec soin et accordez de l’importance à la sécurité ;
  • êtes fiable et respectez vos engagements ;
  • savez travailler de manière autonome comme en équipe ;
  • êtes disposé à travailler sur différents chantiers ;
  • maîtrisez suffisamment le français pour communiquer de manière claire et sûre avec vos collègues.

Une expérience dans un environnement opérationnel ou technique est un plus, mais n’est pas toujours indispensable. Les certificats professionnels pertinents sont également un plus.
