Werk jij graag aan machines, los je technische storingen het liefst zelf op en zorg jij ervoor dat materieel blijft draaien? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.

Bij Welex Group werk je bij een internationaal familiebedrijf in Lexmond, gespecialiseerd in de productie, verkoop en verhuur van draglineschotten en rijplaten. We zijn internationaal actief, maar werken met de korte lijnen en persoonlijke aanpak van een familiebedrijf.

Als Allround Monteur Technische Dienst ben jij belangrijk voor het draaiend houden van onze machines, voertuigen en gereedschappen. Je voert onderhoud en reparaties uit, spoort mechanische en hydraulische storingen op en pakt verschillende technische werkzaamheden binnen het bedrijf op.

Je krijgt veel zelfstandigheid binnen je functie. Zie je een technisch probleem of denk je dat iets slimmer of veiliger kan? Dan krijg je de ruimte om daar zelf mee aan de slag te gaan.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Allround Monteur Technische Dienst krijg je een brede technische functie waarin onderhoud, reparatie en het oplossen van storingen centraal staan.

Je houdt je onder andere bezig met:

  • Het uitvoeren van onderhoud en reparaties aan machines, voertuigen en gereedschappen;
  • Het opsporen en oplossen van mechanische en hydraulische storingen;
  • Het uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud om storingen en stilstand zoveel mogelijk te voorkomen;
  • Het signaleren van technische problemen en meedenken over praktische oplossingen;
  • Het meedenken over verbeteringen op het gebied van techniek, veiligheid en efficiëntie;
  • Het registreren van uitgevoerde werkzaamheden in het systeem;
  • Het uitvoeren van verschillende technische werkzaamheden en reparaties binnen het bedrijf en waar nodig op locatie.

Kortom: jij zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat onze machines en ons materieel veilig en betrouwbaar blijven werken.

Wie zoeken wij?

We zoeken een praktische en zelfstandige monteur die technische problemen graag oplost en verantwoordelijkheid neemt voor zijn werk.

  • Je hebt technisch inzicht en ervaring binnen bijvoorbeeld mechanische techniek, hydrauliek en/of lassen (MIG/MAG);
  • Je hebt ervaring met onderhoud en reparatie van machines, voertuigen of vergelijkbaar materieel;
  • Je kunt technische storingen zelfstandig onderzoeken en oplossen;
  • Je werkt praktisch en denkt in oplossingen;
  • Je neemt initiatief en ziet werk liggen;
  • Je vindt veilig en zorgvuldig werken belangrijk;
  • Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar werkt ook graag samen met collega's;
  • Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor de kwaliteit van je werkzaamheden.

Wat bieden wij jou?

  • Een bruto maandsalaris tussen €3.500 en €4.400 op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en werkervaring;
