Als Bedrijfsleider heb je een groen hart en word je blij van alles wat groeit en bloeit. Commerciële groei van jouw winkel én groei en bloei van jouw medewerkers staan centraal! Jij geeft als Bedrijfsleider vorm aan het commerciële-, operationele-, en personeelsbeleid. Je onderstreept dagelijks de visie ‘Welkoop, weet wat te doen’ in jouw winkel zorgt er voor dat jouw team dagelijks het allerbeste advies en service geeft aan onze klanten.

Samen met je team zorg je voor optimale verkoop en samen bedenken jullie ideeën die de verkoop verder bevorderen. Daarnaast doe je nog veel meer.

Jij:

  • Voert het personeelsbeleid uit, ontwikkelt jouw team en zorgt voor goed opgeleide medewerkers
  • Geeft leiding aan de verkoop- en kassamedewerkers en begeleidt stagiaires
  • Bent verantwoordelijk voor het voorraadbeheer; controleren, registreren en op tijd bestellen
  • Zorgt er voor dat presentaties, displays en schappen er perfect uit zien volgens de Welkoop formule
  • Plant, organiseert en coördineert alle acties en presentaties

Wat je kunt

Het is belangrijk dat je:

  • Minimaal een MBO 4 opleiding in een passende richting hebt afgerond
  • Kennis hebt van tuin én dier óf bent bereid dit te leren
  • Een echte teamspeler bent en mensen in hun kracht kunt zetten
  • Ervaring hebt met leidinggeven binnen de retail/detailhandel
  • Makkelijk contact maakt en veel verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en discipline hebt
  • Altijd streeft naar het geven van het beste advies en service
