Wat ga je doen

Met ons team Klantenservice, bestaande uit een teamleider en 14 collega’s, beantwoorden wij jaarlijks tienduizenden vragen van zowel winkels als consumenten. Met alle vragen kan het soms erg druk zijn. Dat is ook heel gaaf, want werken bij onze Klantenservice betekent: hoogstaande service verlenen aan onze collega’s en consumenten. En leuk detail: we hebben zelfs een paar collega's die hun viervoetige vrienden regelmatig meenemen naar kantoor.

Onze winkels - Met ruim 160 winkels, meer dan 2.300 collega’s en een webshop lopen de vragen vanuit die winkels onwijs uiteen, bijvoorbeeld over winkelprocessen, bestellingen, storingen, het kassasysteem, prijzen, acties en ons assortiment. Sommige vragen zijn direct op te lossen, voor andere antwoorden moet je de organisatie in om je antwoord te zoeken.

Onze klanten - Ook het werk voor de Welkoop klanten is zeer afwisselend, want elke klant is anders. De een belt graag, de ander stelt de vraag liever via ons contactformulier of social media. Jij beantwoordt vragen over acties, assortiment, webshopbestellingen of de klantenpas en reageert op feedback van klanten over milieu, gezondheid en veiligheid.

Voor deze vacature zoeken wij iemand met de focus op Team Consument, waarbij je wel waar nodig bijspringt voor de collega’s van Team Winkel. Afwisseling gegarandeerd, hoe leuk is dat!

Wat je kunt.

Je begrijpt waarom we een stap extra willen zetten om onze winkel collega’s goed te ondersteunen en klanten van de juiste antwoorden en een goed advies te voorzien. Jij bent gedreven en wilt elk gesprek op een positieve manier afronden. Je doet enthousiast je best om onze klanten te verrassen, deinst niet terug voor een uitdagende vraag en bijt je vast tot je het antwoord hebt gevonden. Je kunt omgaan met periodes van hectiek en rust en weet op die momenten de juiste balans te vinden om je werk te kunnen doen.

Daarnaast breng je het volgende mee:

  • Wij zoeken talent dat verder denkt, besluitvaardig is en meer doet dan alleen vragen beantwoorden
  • Jij bent beschikbaar voor 24uur per week
  • Je bent beschikbaar op maandag en woensdag, en daarnaast op donderdag óf vrijdag
  • Je bent 8–10 keer per jaar op zaterdag van 9.00 tot 17.00 uur beschikbaar om vanuit huis te werken
  • Hebt ervaring met Klantenservice en/of in een Callcenter
  • Jij beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift
  • Last but not least: jij bent gek op tuin, dier en onze producten!
