Wat ga je doen

Wist jij dat er in het 20.000 vierkante meter tellende DC van Welkoop jaarlijks zo’n 260.000 pallets in én uitgaan? Om dit te realiseren zijn 3,7 miljoen pickregels en 2 miljoen vrachtautokilometers nodig. Een forse klus, waarbij het van essentieel belang is dat de logistieke operatie als een zonnetje draait. Daarom kunnen we jouw hulp goed gebruiken!

Jij geeft leiding aan een team van 20 - 30 medewerkers (combi vast/flex). De totale DC operatie heeft 90 medewerkers. Een flinke operatie, waarbij het belangrijk is dat je veel op de vloer te vinden bent en je je makkelijk beweegt tussen het team.

Samen met het team leidinggevenden ben je medeverantwoordelijk voor het gehele distributiecentrum. Als Teamleider van de afdeling Expeditie/Transport draag je zorg voor het verzendklaar maken van goederen voor onze winkels. Je stuurt het proces aan waarbij pallets en rolcontainers worden verzameld op het expeditieplein, correct worden gesorteerd en tijdig bij de juiste dockdeuren terechtkomen voor verlading. Daarnaast ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afdeling Transito/Crossdock waar binnenkomende winkelbestellingen worden samengevoegd op één rolcontainer of pallet. Ook valt de afdeling Service & Garantie onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid: hier worden garantieverzoeken vanuit de winkels beoordeeld, gemonitord en zorgvuldig afgehandeld. Het transport is uitbesteed aan onze partner Tielbeke, maar jij zorgt ervoor dat de samenwerking en onderlinge afstemming soepel blijft verlopen.

Jij:

  • Houdt stand-ups en werkoverleg
  • Zorgt voor het naleven van huisregels, veiligheidsmaatregelen, milieuaspecten en arbeidsomstandigheden
  • Voert 1-op-1-, beoordelings- doelstellings- en verzuimgesprekken
  • Stuurt bij op de personeelsplanning en vakantieplanning
  • Spreekt medewerkers aan en stuurt bij indien nodig
  • Houdt rapportages en performances bij van transito leveranciers

Dit doe je niet alleen…

Samen met de Manager DC, drie teamleiders en twee meewerkend voormannen wordt de tent draaiende gehouden. Het is een leuk en divers team, waardoor iedereen elkaar goed aanvult. Je krijgt vertrouwen en veel vrijheid. Door de open communicatie wordt er gezorgd voor de verbinding tussen de vloer en het management.

Wat je kunt.

  • Hebt een afgeronde Mbo+ opleiding of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau
  • Hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als Teamleider in een groot Distributiecentrum
  • Kunt goed overweg met de computer. Ervaring met een WMS-systeem, zoals Locus, is een pré
  • Spreekt de Nederlandse taal vloeiend en kunt je goed redden in het Engels.
  • Hebt kennis van uitgaande goederen/ transport
  • Bent beschikbaar van maandag tot en met vrijdag van 9.00 – 18.00 uur, we vragen hierin flexibiliteit indien dit voor het proces noodzakelijk is. Je bent daarnaast ook beschikbaar op feestdagen (m.u.v. kerst en nieuwjaarsdag).
  • Vervangt collega-teamleiders bij afwezigheid

  • Salaris tussen de €3.500 en €4.000 per maand, afhankelijk van de fase waarin je zit in jouw carrière
