Als Verkoopmedewerker Kleding ben jij hét gezicht van de afdeling en weet je klanten te inspireren en te overtuigen. Met jouw gevoel voor stijl help je klanten bij het maken van de juiste keuzes, of het nu gaat om werkkleding, outdoor outfits of laarzen. Jij ziet kansen en vindt het leuk om je in te leven in de situatie van de klant. Jij geeft niet alleen advies, maar zorgt er ook voor dat de klant tevreden én met een complete oplossing naar huis gaat. Trek jij graag alles uit de kast om klanten goed te kunnen helpen? Dan is deze afwisselende baan écht wat voor jou!

Wat je gaat doen

Als Verkoopmedewerker Kleding ben jij hét gezicht van de afdeling. Je stapt actief op klanten af, stelt de juiste vragen en helpt hen bij het maken van een passende keuze. Van stevige werkbroeken tot comfortabele vrijetijdskleding: met jouw gevoel voor stijl zorg je voor advies waar de klant écht iets aan heeft. Want of het nu gaat om een warme winterjas of luchtige zomerkleding, jij helpt elke klant om in ieder seizoen goed gekleed naar buiten te gaan. En dat voor het hele gezin!

Onze nieuwe collega kijkt verder dan de eerste vraag. Je ziet kansen en weet de klant enthousiast te maken over passende aanvullende producten. Daarnaast geef je eerlijk advies en handige tips. Zo bied je goede service en zorg je ervoor dat klanten graag bij ons terugkomen.

Een werkdag bij Welkoop is meer dan alleen klanten adviseren.

Jij als verkoopmedewerker Kleding:

  • Geeft klanten enthousiast en deskundig advies en stelt daarbij de juiste vragen, zodat je ontdekt wat de klant echt nodig heeft
  • Bent commercieel ingesteld, krijgt energie van verkopen en ziet kansen voor bijverkoop
  • Vult de schappen aan en zorgt dat ons kledingassortiment er altijd tiptop bij staat én hangt
  • Je houdt de voorraad in de gaten en bestelt producten bij, waarbij je oog hebt voor welke producten goed verkopen
  • Ontvangt nieuwe artikelen en zorgt dat ze na controle en registratie snel op de juiste plek in de winkel terechtkomen
  • Jij kleedt actiepresentaties, helemaal in Welkoop-sferen, inclusief kloppende prijskaartjes
  • Springt bij achter de kassa wanneer jouw collega’s hulp nodig hebben

We zoeken iemand die enthousiast is, energie krijgt van klantcontact en graag de handen uit de mouwen steekt.

  • Stap je makkelijk op klanten af
  • Vind je het belangrijk om klanten goed te adviseren
  • Heb je affiniteit met kleding en gevoel voor stijl
  • Werk je graag samen in een hecht team
  • Ben je flexibel inzetbaar, ook in het weekend
