Als Verkoopmedewerker Tuin ben jij dé specialist die klanten inspireert en overtuigt. Met jouw passie voor alles wat groeit en bloeit en je commerciële drive weet je precies hoe je klanten helpt en aan je bindt. Of het nu gaat om de juiste plant of het onderhouden van de tuin: jij geeft niet alleen advies, maar zorgt ook voor een sterke verkoop. Jij ziet kansen, speelt in op klantbehoeften en maakt van elk contact een succesvolle verkoopervaring.

Wat je gaat doen.

Als Verkoopmedewerker Tuin bij Welkoop ben jij het aanspreekpunt voor klanten die aan de slag willen met hun tuin. Of het nu gaat om planten, snoeien, of het opknappen van het gazon: jij luistert, stelt de juiste vragen en komt met een advies waar de klant echt iets aan heeft. Je vindt het leuk om net dat stapje extra te zetten, want bij een goede oplossing past soms nog iets extra’s. Jij ziet die kansen en krijgt er energie van om klanten echt goed te helpen en om van een goed gesprek ook een mooie verkoop te maken. Daarnaast zorg jij ervoor dat jouw team goed functioneert en dagelijks het beste advies en service verleend aan onze klanten. Motiveren, kennis delen en gezamenlijk de afdeling runnen. Daar ga jij voor!

Bij ons draait het niet alleen om goed advies, maar ook om gezelligheid, aanpakken en samen zorgen dat de winkel er top uitziet.

Jij als verkoopmedewerker:

  • Bent eerste aanspreekpunt bij afwezigheid van de Bedrijfsleider en Assistent Bedrijfsleider
  • Opent of sluit de winkel
  • Bent commercieel ingesteld, krijgt energie van verkopen en ziet kansen voor bijverkoop
  • Vult de schappen aan en zorgt dat ons tuinassortiment er altijd tiptop bij staat
  • Bouwt actiepresentaties op, met de juiste sfeer en duidelijke prijskaartjes
  • Ontvangt nieuwe tuinproducten en zorgt dat ze na controle en registratie snel op de juiste plek in de winkel terechtkomen
  • Houdt de voorraad in de gaten en bestelt producten bij, waarbij je slim afstemt op wat hard loopt
  • Springt achter de kassa wanneer jouw collega’s hulp nodig hebben

Wat je kunt.

Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je:

  • Minimaal een MBO opleiding in een passende richting volgt of hebt afgerond
  • Leidinggevende vaardigheden hebt
  • Affiniteit hebt met alles wat groeit en bloeit. Heb je nog geen groene vingers? Geen zorgen: die kweek je bij ons vanzelf.
  • Makkelijk op mensen afstapt, mee denkt en een passend advies geeft.
  • Commercieel inzicht hebt en wensen weet te vertalen naar de juiste producten. Jij zorgt daarbij voor een prettige koopervaring én goede verkoop.
  • Communicatief sterk en servicegericht bent. Je hebt gevoel voor verkoop.
  • Flexibel bent en het leuk vindt om overal bij te springen: van klanten helpen in de winkel tot een handje helpen achter de kassa.
