The posting

About Wellfit Wellfit is a healthcare fintech platform helping remove financial barriers between patients, providers, employers, and payors. Our solutions help dental and healthcare organizations offer more flexible payment, financing, and membership options while improving access to care and supporting practice growth.

As Wellfit continues to scale, we are investing in a stronger brand presence, more consistent marketing execution, and a more intentional approach to generating awareness, engagement, and qualified opportunities for our sales organization.

We are looking for a highly creative, resourceful, commercially minded, and AI-enabled Marketing Content & Demand Generation Specialist who can help turn Wellfit’s story into content that not only looks and sounds great, but helps create interest, engagement, leads, and ultimately pipeline.

About the Role The Marketing Content & Demand Generation Specialist will own much of Wellfit’s day-to-day marketing execution across content, social media, sales enablement, website content, campaigns, and top-of-funnel demand generation.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can take an idea and quickly turn it into compelling content, campaigns, and assets that attract the right audience and help move prospective customers toward a conversation with Sales.

You may write a blog one day, build a LinkedIn campaign the next, refresh product collateral, support messaging for an upcoming conference, develop an outbound nurture sequence, or experiment with a new AI-powered approach to generating and converting interest.

The right person understands that marketing is not simply about creating attractive materials. It is about helping Wellfit get in front of the right people, communicating our value clearly, creating engagement, and supporting measurable business growth.

What You’ll Do Demand Generation & Top-of-Funnel Marketing

  • Help build and execute marketing initiatives designed to generate awareness, engagement, leads, and sales opportunities.
  • Create content and campaigns targeted toward dental practices, healthcare organizations, partners, employers, payors, and other relevant decision-makers.
  • Develop top-of-funnel programs that give prospective customers a reason to engage with Wellfit and learn more.
  • Partner closely with Sales to understand target audiences, common objections, customer pain points, and opportunities to improve lead generation.
  • Create email, social, content, and campaign sequences designed to nurture prospects over time.
  • Help identify creative ways to bring new prospective customers into Wellfit’s ecosystem.
  • Track campaign engagement and lead activity to understand which messaging and content are contributing to pipeline.
  • Continuously experiment with new channels, messaging, formats, and campaigns that can increase qualified interest.

Content Creation & Brand Storytelling

  • Create compelling B2B marketing content that communicates Wellfit’s value to providers, partners, payors, employers, and other business decision-makers.
  • Write and publish regular blog content around dental practice growth, patient financing, payments, membership plans, provider education, fintech, and industry trends.
  • Develop copy for sales collateral, emails, landing pages, campaigns, website pages, social posts, presentations, and customer-facing materials.
  • Translate complex healthcare, payments, lending, and fintech concepts into clear and engaging messaging.
  • Develop content intentionally across the buyer journey, from initial awareness through sales engagement.
  • Bring creative ideas forward that help Wellfit sound sharper, more modern, and more memorable.

Social Media Ownership

  • Own and manage Wellfit’s presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
  • Build a consistent publishing cadence designed to increase awareness and engagement among Wellfit’s target audiences.
  • Create hooks, captions, graphics, video concepts, educational content, and campaign-driven posts.
  • Use social content strategically to support product education, thought leadership, events, customer stories, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Monitor engagement and performance to understand which messages resonate with Wellfit’s audience.
  • Look beyond vanity metrics and identify opportunities to convert attention into website traffic, inquiries, and sales conversations.

Website Content & Conversion Support

  • Partner with internal stakeholders to keep Wellfit’s website content current, accurate, and aligned with new products and business priorities.
  • Identify outdated content, missing product information, broken links, unclear messaging, and conversion opportunities.
  • Support landing pages and campaign pages designed around specific audiences, products, and lead-generation initiatives.
  • Assist with SEO optimization, metadata improvements, blog publishing, calls to action, and content structure.
  • Help ensure offerings such as ACH, Pinless Debit, Plans, financing, payments, and future product launches are clearly represented.
  • Look for opportunities to improve how visitors move from learning about Wellfit to taking action.

Marketing Collateral & Sales Enablement

  • Create and refresh product flyers, one-pagers, brochures, presentations, sales materials, customer education assets, and campaign collateral.
  • Partner with Sales to identify gaps in messaging or materials that could help support customer conversations.
  • Develop materials aligned with different buyer personas, products, and stages of the sales process.
  • Maintain organized files of approved collateral, artwork, templates, and marketing assets.
  • Help ensure Sales has current, relevant, and professionally branded materials available when needed.

Events & Trade Show Marketing

  • Support the marketing and content strategy surrounding conferences, trade shows, and industry events.
  • Develop event-specific messaging, flyers, presentations, signage, social content, email campaigns, handouts, and promotional materials.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and event partners to ensure the Wellfit brand and product messaging are represented effectively.
  • Create pre-event and post-event campaigns designed to build awareness, support engagement, and help convert event activity into follow-up opportunities.
  • Help maximize the marketing value of Wellfit’s event participation.

This role will support event marketing but will not be responsible for owning shipping, booth logistics, or end-to-end event operations.

AI-Enabled Marketing Execution

  • Use tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, video platforms, research tools, automation systems, and other AI-enabled technologies to increase marketing velocity.
  • Use AI to rapidly develop campaign concepts, content variations, prospect messaging, research, video scripts, collateral, and creative assets.
  • Build repeatable workflows that allow Wellfit to execute more marketing internally without sacrificing quality.
  • Experiment with AI-enabled personalization and content generation to support top-of-funnel campaigns.
  • Stay curious about new technology that can improve marketing effectiveness, speed, creativity, and scalability.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, demand generation, social media, brand marketing, growth marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
  • Demonstrated ability to create content that supports business development, lead generation, or sales engagement.
  • Strong writing skills across long-form and short-form content.
  • Experience developing campaigns across channels such as LinkedIn, email, website, content, or digital marketing.
  • Understanding of the B2B buyer journey and how content can move someone from awareness to engagement.
  • Strong creative instincts combined with a commercial mindset.
  • Comfortable evaluating marketing based on engagement, lead generation, pipeline contribution, and business outcomes rather than content volume alone.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate research, writing, design, campaign development, and execution.
  • Ability to translate complicated products into clear and compelling stories.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership without requiring heavy direction.
  • Strong judgment around messaging, brand, audience, and tone.
  • Highly collaborative and comfortable partnering closely with Sales, Product, Operations, leadership, and other stakeholders.
  • Receptive to feedback and comfortable iterating quickly.

Nice to Have

  • Healthcare, dental, fintech, payments, lending, SaaS, or B2B technology experience.
  • Experience with demand generation or lead-generation campaigns.
  • Experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, email marketing, or lead nurturing.
  • Experience creating or managing LinkedIn content for a company or executive brand.
  • Experience with SEO, landing pages, website content management, metadata, or CMS tools.
  • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Camtasia, video editing, or similar tools.
  • Experience supporting conference or trade show marketing.
  • Experience creating product demos, video scripts, voiceover content, customer stories, or educational material.
  • A personal or professional social presence demonstrating strong content instincts, creativity, engagement, or storytelling ability.

Who Thrives Here

  • You are creative, but you also care whether your work generates a business result.
  • You naturally think about who the audience is, what will catch their attention, and what you want them to do next.
  • You understand that marketing is connected to revenue.
  • You can move from strategy to execution without waiting for an agency to do the work.
  • You know how to use AI effectively while still bringing judgment, taste, and originality.
  • You understand that B2B content does not have to be boring.
  • You enjoy experimenting with messaging, campaigns, channels, and formats.
  • You collaborate well with people who may have very different working and communication styles.
  • You can receive feedback without becoming defensive and quickly turn that feedback into a stronger result.
  • You are comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift and execution matters.

Why This Role Matters Wellfit has historically relied on outside marketing partners for significant portions of its content, digital, and creative execution. Modern tools now make it possible to bring much more of that capability in-house. But the objective is not simply to produce more content. The objective is to build a marketing engine that consistently helps Wellfit: Create awareness → generate interest → educate prospects → drive engagement → create qualified opportunities → support Sales. This person will play an important role in developing that engine. They will help strengthen Wellfit’s brand, improve the consistency and speed of marketing execution, reduce unnecessary dependency on agencies, and create campaigns and content that contribute directly to customer acquisition and company growth.

Why Wellfit

  • Make an Impact: Your work will directly influence how prospective customers discover, understand, and engage with Wellfit.
  • Build and Own: This is a hands-on role with significant opportunity to shape how marketing operates.
  • Use Modern Tools: Wellfit encourages thoughtful use of AI and emerging technology to improve execution.
  • Work Flexibly: Hybrid model based in Dallas with 3 days per week in office.
  • Comprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, generous PTO, bonus eligibility, and 401(k) matching.
  • Fast-Moving Environment: Work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and leadership in a company where marketing can materially influence growth.

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing
