The posting

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Director Product Manager | Payout based in Brazil.

We are seeking an experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategic development of critical commercial and financial platforms supporting a global partner ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the product strategy for Salesforce and Payout, ensuring seamless commercial operations, financial accuracy, and scalable partner experiences. You will lead and develop a team of Senior Product Managers while driving innovation across payment systems, commercial workflows, and financial solutions. A key focus will be defining how Artificial Intelligence and automation can improve operational efficiency, payment integrity, and business growth. Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams, you will translate complex business challenges into impactful product strategies. This is an opportunity to shape high-impact products at global scale within a collaborative, remote-first, and innovation-driven environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Own and define the multi-year product vision and strategy across Salesforce and Payout, transforming essential operational platforms into strategic drivers of commercial growth, partner engagement, and retention.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Senior Product Managers, establishing clear expectations, career development paths, and product management best practices across discovery, delivery, and performance measurement.
  • Drive commercial enablement by improving sales tools, automating deal workflows, streamlining contract management, and ensuring seamless execution from commercial agreements through partner payments.
  • Oversee the development of innovative financial solutions, including early payouts, growth capital, and flexible settlement options, to strengthen partner relationships and create additional business value.
  • Take strategic ownership of payment accuracy and financial integrity across a large international partner ecosystem, ensuring robust controls, observability, reconciliation, and auditability throughout the payout process.
  • Define and lead the AI and automation roadmap across the product portfolio, identifying opportunities such as intelligent payment reconciliation, anomaly detection, contract validation, automated deal routing, and agentic commercial workflows.
  • Evaluate AI investments based on business impact, risk, and return on investment, ensuring teams focus on measurable outcomes rather than experimentation alone.
  • Establish portfolio-level objectives and key results (OKRs), translating strategic priorities into actionable roadmaps and squad-level commitments.
  • Partner closely with Finance, Legal, Compliance, Partnerships, Sales Operations, Value Management, Customer Experience, Operations, and Product Development Engineering to align priorities and drive execution.
  • Communicate product strategies, investment decisions, trade-offs, and business performance to senior executives, including C-level stakeholders.
  • Ensure platforms support international growth, complex commercial structures, localization, and multi-country financial and operational requirements.
  • Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and wellbeing-oriented culture that encourages ownership, continuous improvement, and sustainable high performance.
  • Extensive experience in Product Management, including direct management and development of Senior or Staff-level Product Managers.
  • Strong domain expertise in at least one of the following areas: payment systems, fintech, financial platforms, revenue and billing engines, CRM and sales operations platforms, or complex B2B operational systems with significant financial or legal implications. Experience in payments or fintech is strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical understanding and the ability to engage in meaningful discussions with engineering leaders about payment processing, event-driven architectures, data integrity, reconciliation workflows, and REST APIs.
  • Demonstrated ability to define and execute an AI strategy at portfolio level, identifying high-value opportunities, prioritizing investments based on risk and ROI, and measuring business outcomes.
  • Practical experience and familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, and AI-powered tools in everyday workflows.
  • Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with experience using quantitative metrics, performance funnels, and experimentation to prioritize initiatives and measure results.
  • Proficiency in SQL for independent data exploration and analysis.
  • Strong partner-centric mindset, with the ability to understand external customer workflows and translate operational challenges into valuable product solutions.
  • Proven experience developing, communicating, and defending product strategies in front of C-level executives and senior business stakeholders.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to influence stakeholders, build alignment, and collaborate across geographically distributed teams.
  • Experience managing products at international scale, including localization, internationalization, and complex multi-country operational requirements.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive, collaborative, and supportive workplace culture.
  • Wellness membership: Complimentary Wellhub Gold+ membership, with access to gyms, fitness studios, digital workout programs, meditation, nutrition, and mental wellbeing resources. Employees can also add up to three family members.
  • Emotional wellbeing: Access to Wellz, offering personalized emotional wellbeing programs, up to 52 individual therapy sessions per year, and on-demand content.
  • Healthcare coverage: Health insurance, dental insurance, and life insurance.
  • Flexible work arrangements: Remote and hybrid working options, with this specific role offering remote work from anywhere in Brazil.
  • Home office support: Home office reimbursement to help create a comfortable and productive workspace.
  • Flexible schedule: Freedom to organize working hours in coordination with team needs, leadership, and time zones.
  • Paid time off: Vacation eligibility after six months, plus three additional days off annually, one extra day for each year of tenure (up to five additional days), and a birthday day off.
  • Paid parental leave: 100% paid parental leave for all new parents, with extended leave and a gradual part-time return option for birth parents.
  • Career development: Access to professional learning platforms, interactive development sessions, personalized career development plans, continuous feedback, and internal mobility opportunities.
  • Collaborative culture: An inclusive and supportive working environment that values diverse perspectives, open communication, teamwork, and employee wellbeing.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
