Als Logistiek Manager ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse leiding en strategie van het D2C warehouse van Wellis Pharmacy. Je zorgt dat alle processen van ontvangst tot verzending soepel, efficiënt en accuraat verlopen, draagt bij aan operationele verbeteringen en waarborgt een uitstekende klantbeleving door tijdige en correcte orderverwerking.

Taken & Verantwoordelijkheden

Operationeel beheer

  • Eindverantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse operationele activiteiten van het warehouse, zoals ontvangst, opslag, orderpicking, verpakking en verzending.
  • Bewaken en optimaliseren van workflows en planning, zodat orders tijdig en foutloos worden verwerkt.
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte inzet van middelen, apparatuur en magazijnruimte.

Voorraadcontrole & –beheer

  • Accuraat houden van voorraadniveaus door middel van cycle counts en periodieke audits.
  • Signaleren van afwijkingen en initiëren van corrigerende maatregelen.
  • Procesverbeteringen doorvoeren om voorraadbetrouwbaarheid te verhogen.

Teamleiding en ontwikkeling

  • Leiden, coachen en ontwikkelen van het warehouseteam (teamleiders en logistieke medewerkers).
  • Zorgen voor duidelijke communicatie, planning van teams, training en performance-management.
  • Creëren van een motiverende, veilige en resultaatgerichte werkomgeving.

KPI’s & prestaties

  • Monitoren van belangrijke prestatie-indicatoren zoals order-nauwkeurigheid, doorlooptijden en productiviteit.
  • Rapporteren van operationele prestaties aan het management en initiëren van verbeterinitiatieven.

Procesverbetering & techniek

  • Implementeren en optimaliseren van processen en systemen (bijv. WMS).
  • Actief bijdragen aan continue verbeterprogramma’s gericht op kwaliteit, snelheid en kostenbesparing.

Veiligheid & compliance

  • Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van veiligheid, arbo en kwaliteit.
  • Implementeren van standaarden en procedures om risico’s en fouten te minimaliseren.

Samenwerking

  • Afstemmen met andere afdelingen zoals Customer Care, Medical Operations en logistieke partners over leveringen en operationele knelpunten.
  • Onderhouden van relaties met transporteurs om SLA’s te halen.

Wie Jij Bent

  • Opleiding op minimaal HBO-niveau in logistiek, supply chain, bedrijfskunde of vergelijkbaar.
  • Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in logistiek/warehouse management, in een apotheek/medische omgeving en e-commerce of D2C omgeving.
  • Ervaring met Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) en procesoptimalisatie.
  • Sterke leiderschap-, communicatie- en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
