Full Time Nanny (Strictly Fragrance-Free Household) – Winter Garden, FL

A welcoming family in Winter Garden, FL is seeking a warm, reliable, and engaging nanny to care for their two young boys, ages 2.5 years and 1 year. This is a smoke-free, pet-free, and strictly fragrance-free household where both parents work from home.

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday: 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Approximately 37.5 hours per week

Family Specifications:

  • Smoke-free home
  • Pet-free household
  • Strictly fragrance-free environment (children have sensitive skin; family provides fragrance-free detergent, personal care products, and on-site apparel if needed)
  • Both parents work from home
  • Care takes place entirely in the home; no driving, errands, or regular outings required
  • Meals and snacks provided for the nanny while working

Responsibilities:

  • Provide attentive, nurturing care for two young children
  • Plan and prepare age-appropriate meals and snacks, and assist with feeding
  • Assist with personal care, including mealtime cleanup, dressing, diaper changes, and potty training
  • Plan and lead creative arts & crafts, educational activities, storytime, and play
  • Support and facilitate daily nap routines
  • Keep children safe, happy, and engaged throughout the day
  • Clean up after children and keep play areas organized
  • Perform light household tidying prioritizing child-related daily activities, including child laundry and meal prep cleanup

Requirements:

  • Previous experience caring for infants and toddlers
  • CPR certified (including infant and toddler CPR)
  • Ability and willingness to strictly adhere to the family’s fragrance-free requirements

Preferred:

  • Full-time availability (reliable candidates interested in ongoing backup or part-time childcare are also welcomed to apply)

Compensation:

  • $15-$16 per hour
