Eine:n passionierte:n QA Manager zum Testen unserer Games auf PC und Konsole in Vollzeit.

Deine Aufgaben

Du testest und überprüfst unsere Spiele auf Qualität, Performance, Funktionalität und Bugs, erstellst detaillierte Reportings und weißt dich auch in der Teamkoordination zu beweisen. Deine Arbeitsweise ist strukturiert, analytisch und auch in stressigen Phasen bewahrst Du einen ruhigen Kopf. Die Weitergabe von konstruktiven Fehlerberichten bereitet dir Freude und du bringst dich auch gern eigeninitiativ ein.

Bei der Entwicklung unserer Projekte bist du dabei nicht allein, sondern sprichst dich eng mit deinem Team, anderen Kolleg:innen aus den Bereichen Grafik und Entwicklung und auch externen QA Studios ab. Dabei behältst Du stets das gesamte Projekt im Blick und weißt sinnvolle Prioritäten zu setzen. Zusammen sorgt ihr dafür, dass unsere Games rund laufen und überlegt, wie die spezifischen Anforderungen an euer Projekt umzusetzen sind. Dabei sind Teamfähigkeit und sehr gute Kommunikation gefragt.

Dein Profil

Voraussetzung sind:

  • mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Qualitätssicherung
  • sehr gutes Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • sehr strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Koordinationsfähigkeit
  • nachweisliche Mitarbeit an veröffentlichten Spielen (Track Record)
  • Belastbarkeit
  • die Bereitschaft, in unserem Büro in Wiesbaden zu arbeiten
  • und eine Begeisterung für Games!

Wünschenswert sind:

  • Erfahrung in der Arbeit mit TRCs/XRs
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MantisBT oder gleichwertigen Systemen
  • Studium im Bereich Informatik, Medieninformatik oder vergleichbaren Fächern ist von Vorteil.
