Als Talent Acquisition Manager (all genders) übernimmst du die End-to-end-Verantwortung für deine Hiring-Prozesse und arbeitest eng mit unserem Talent-Team zusammen. Du bringst deine Persönlichkeit und deine Werte ein und hast gleichzeitig den Raum, neue Ideen auszuprobieren und Recruiting aktiv mitzugestalten.

Dabei unterstützt dich ein modernes, AI-gestütztes Setup mit Ashby als ATS, Metaview als AI-Notetaker sowie Claude, Notion und Gemini. Die Technologie nimmt dir dabei nicht das Recruiting ab, sie gibt dir mehr Raum für das, worauf es wirklich ankommt: Menschen zu verstehen, die richtigen Talente zu gewinnen und gemeinsam die besten Matches zu schaffen.

What to expect

- End-to-end Recruiting: Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für den gesamten Recruiting-Prozess, vom Hiring Kick-off und Talent Mapping bis hin zur Vertragsunterzeichnung

- Sparring Partner: Du bist ein vertrauenswürdiger Partner für Hiring Manager, forderst sie heraus und trägst durch deine Marktkenntnisse zur Entscheidungsfindung bei

- Pipeline Building: Du sprichst gezielt Talente über verschiedene Kanäle an und baust nachhaltige Talentpools durch Active Sourcing und Employer Branding Initiativen auf

- Data & Analytics: Deine Pipeline baust du basierend auf fundierten Daten und nutzt diese auch aktiv in der Hiring Manager Beratung

- Candidate Champion: Du optimierst gemeinsam mit dem Team unsere Prozesse und leitest eigene OKR-Projekte, um unsere Candidate Experience kontinuierlich zu verbessern

Inspire us by

- Background: Abgeschlossenes Studium und mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung im Recruiting von Business-Rollen in einem dynamischen Umfeld

- Expertise: Sehr gute Fachkenntnisse im in-house Recruiting, Erfahrung in der Einstellung von Entry-Level- bis Senior-Positionen

- Stakeholder Management: Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und der Entwicklung langfristiger Talentstrategien durch Talentpools, Employer Branding Aktivitäten und innovative Talent Acquisition Ansätze

- Data-driven: Analytische Denkweise und die Fähigkeit, datenbasierte Entscheidungen zu treffen

- Tech-Affinität: Sicherer Umgang mit modernen ATS (idealerweise Ashby) und LinkedIn Recruiter sowie Lust, Recruiting-Technologien aktiv zu nutzen

- Sprachkenntnisse: Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (mind. C1)
