Ben jij communicatief sterk, klantgericht en spreek je vlot Nederlands en Frans? Help je graag mensen verder en haal je voldoening uit het oplossen van problemen? Dan ben jij misschien de collega die we zoeken! Telefonisch beantwoorden van vragen van klanten en postbodes in het Nederlands en Frans. Klanten informeren over de beschikbare termijn om hun pakjes op te halen. Ondersteuning bieden bij geblokkeerde lockers, toegangscodes en problemen met het openen van de pakjesautomaten. Postbodes telefonisch begeleiden wanneer ze problemen ondervinden bij het openen van lockers om pakjes te leveren of op te halen. Technische problemen analyseren en zoeken naar een snelle en passende oplossing. Klantendossiers correct registreren en opvolgen in de voorziene systemen. Je werkt volgens een flexibel uurrooster van maandag tot en met zondag, tussen 08.00 en 20.00 uur. Werken doe je vanuit onze vestiging in Diegem. Zodra je volledig bent ingewerkt, krijg je de mogelijkheid om van thuis uit te werken.

Je spreekt en schrijft vlot Nederlands en Frans. Klantgerichtheid en communicatieve vaardigheden zijn jouw sterke punten. Problemen pak je zelfstandig en oplossingsgericht aan. Digitale toepassingen en verschillende computersystemen schrikken je niet af. Ook tijdens drukke momenten blijf je rustig, professioneel en nauwkeurig. Flexibiliteit en bereidheid om volgens wisselende uurroosters te werken. Ervaring in customer service is een pluspunt, maar motivatie en leergierigheid zijn minstens even belangrijk.
