Über uns WeNurse ist Partnerin für nachhaltige Pflegeentwicklung in der Schweiz. Wir verstehen uns bewusst nicht als klassischer Personalverleiher: Wir verbinden Personaldienstleistungen mit Beratung, Führungsentwicklung und Sparring für Kliniken, Alters- und Pflegeheime, Spitex und Reha. Mit Elevate Nursing führen wir ein Weiterbildungsprogramm zusammen mit der Universität St. Gallen (HSG). Unser kleines Team baut gerade ein eigenes digitales Betriebssystem auf.

Deine Aufgaben

Video & Lernformate

  • Videos schneiden, Motion Graphics, Untertitel - u. a. für unsere Online-Weiterbildungen mit der HSG
  • AI Learning Journeys und Erklärvideos konzipieren und umsetzen
  • Teaser und Recaps für unsere Community-Events

Design & Corporate Design

  • CI/CD weiterentwickeln und konsequent anwenden: Thumbnails, Social-Media-Visuals, Inserate
  • Vorlagen für Präsentationen, Offerten und Berichte gestalten
  • Intranet- und SharePoint-Layouts, Icons, Seitentemplates

User Interfaces

  • UI-Mockups für interne Tools (z. B. in Figma), zusammen mit unserem Low-Coder
  • Landingpages und Newsletter-Vorlagen in HubSpot

Content für Talents & Kunden

  • Social-Media-Content (Reels, Karussells) für LinkedIn und Instagram
  • Einsatz-Stories von Pflegefachpersonen und Projektbeispiele für die Website
  • Onboarding-Material für neue Pflegefachpersonen

Growth & Sichtbarkeit

  • SEO- und GEO-Inhalte für Website und Blog: Ratgeber und Texte, die in Google und in KI-Antworten gefunden werden
  • Organisches LinkedIn: WeNurse-Seite und Gründerprofile
  • Newsletter und Kampagnen mit KI-Unterstützung vorbereiten
  • Wirkung messen: Reichweite, Bewerbungen, Leads - und daraus lernen

Was du mitbringst

  • Abgeschlossene Lehre als Mediamatiker:in EFZ (oder vergleichbare Ausbildung)
  • Sicher in Video-Schnitt und Design (z. B. Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Figma)
  • Lust, mit KI-Tools zu arbeiten und Neues auszuprobieren; erste Erfahrung mit SEO und Social-Media-Kennzahlen ein Plus
  • Gespür für Gestaltung und für gute Geschichten
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gutes Deutsch; Französisch oder Englisch ein Plus
  • Interesse am Gesundheitswesen - Vorwissen in der Pflege brauchst du nicht
