Dans un souci d’amélioration continue, nous recrutons des Coordinateurs Maintenance H/F pour notre site de Bousbecque (situé à 20 min de Lille).

Votre mission :

Véritable chef d'orchestre des activités de maintenance de votre secteur, vous assurez la coordination des interventions préventives, prédictives et curatives afin de garantir la performance et la disponibilité des équipements de production.

Assurant l’interface entre la Production, la Maintenance et la Planification, vous contribuez activement à l'amélioration continue de nos installations et à la fiabilité de nos équipements.

Sécurité & QHSE

  • Garantir l'application des règles de sécurité, qualité, hygiène et environnement.
  • Assurer la sécurité des équipes internes et des entreprises extérieures intervenant sur votre périmètre.
  • Identifier les risques, mettre en place les actions préventives nécessaires et signaler toute anomalie.

Pilotage de la maintenance

  • Planifier, organiser et coordonner les activités de maintenance.
  • Déployer les plans de maintenance préventive et prédictive.
  • Prioriser les interventions en collaboration avec les équipes de production.
  • Assurer le suivi des interventions via la GMAO.
  • Accompagner et coordonner les prestataires externes.
  • Participer aux interventions techniques sur le terrain lorsque nécessaire.

Performance & amélioration continue

  • Analyser les pannes récurrentes et piloter les actions correctives.
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration de la fiabilité des équipements et à la réduction des temps d'arrêt.
  • Suivre les indicateurs de maintenance et les coûts associés.
  • Participer aux projets d'amélioration des processus, méthodes et procédures de maintenance.
  • Réaliser un reporting régulier de l'activité.

Votre profil

Vous êtes issu(e) d’une formation de type BTS/DUT Maintenance Industrielle ou équivalent et justifiez d'une expérience de 3 à 5 ans minimum dans un environnement industriel.

Vous possédez de solides connaissances en maintenance industrielle et maîtrisez plusieurs domaines techniques : mécanique et/ou électricité industrielle, automatisme et pneumatique.

Vous êtes capables de lire et interpréter des schémas techniques et êtes à l’aise avec les outils bureautiques ainsi que la GMAO.
