Head of Paper Making Leuna (m/w/d)

Gesamtverantwortung für den sicheren, wirtschaftlichen und qualitätsgerechten Betrieb der Papiermaschine am Standort Leuna. Die Rolle gestaltet den Produktionsbereich Papiererzeugung durch klare Führung, konsequente Prozessstandards sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung von Stabilität, Effizienz und Qualität.

Deine Aufgaben:

Als Head of Paper Making (m/w/d) übernimmst Du die Leitung und Weiterentwicklung der Papiererzeugung am Standort Leuna (ohne Stoffaufbereitung) und verantwortest den zuverlässigen Betrieb der Papiermaschine.

Dazu gehören insbesondere:

  • Gesamtverantwortung für Betrieb, Leistung und Verfügbarkeit der Papiermaschine
  • Disziplinarische und fachliche Führung der Schichtleiter sowie der Papiermaschinen‑Mannschaft
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Arbeits‑, Umwelt‑ und Qualitätsstandards inkl. Einleitung von Sofortmaßnahmen bei Abweichungen
  • Verantwortung für die relevanten Produktions‑KPIs (u. a. OEE, Stillstände, Ausschuss, Energieeffizienz, Sicherheit) inklusive Analyse, Ableitung und Nachverfolgung von Maßnahmen
  • Planung und Steuerung des Personal‑ und Materialeinsatzes
  • Nutzung von Produktions‑, Prozess‑ und Anlagendaten zur datenbasierten Steuerung und kontinuierlichen Verbesserung
  • Etablierung und Weiterentwicklung von Standards und Lean‑Methoden (z. B. 5S, Standard Work, KVP, TPM)
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Technik, Instandhaltung, Qualität und Werkleitung
  • Kosten‑ und Ergebnisverantwortung für den Produktionsbereich Papiererzeugung
  • Führung und Entwicklung der Mitarbeitenden durch klare Zielsetzung, Coaching und Förderung einer leistungs‑ und verbesserungsorientierten Teamkultur

Du führst direkt die Werkführer und die Tagschicht Papiererzeugung und bist indirekt für die Mitarbeitenden im Schichtsystem verantwortlich.

Dein Profil:

Idealerweise bringst Du folgende Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen mit:

Fachliche Qualifikation

  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Papiererzeugung, Verfahrenstechnik, Maschinenbau o. ä.; idealerweise ergänzt durch eine Weiterbildung zum Meister, Techniker oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Papiererzeugung, vorzugsweise an Papiermaschinen
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse von Produktionsprozessen, Qualitätsanforderungen und Arbeitssicherheit

Führung & Erfahrung

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in einer Führungsfunktion im industriellen Produktionsumfeld (z. B. Schichtleiter, Werkführer, stellv. Leiter Papiermaschine)
  • Erfahrung in der Führung von Schichtorganisationen sowie in der indirekten Mitarbeiterführung
  • Routine im Umgang mit Personal‑, Urlaubs‑ und Einsatzplanung

Methoden & Arbeitsweise

  • Sicherer Umgang mit Kennzahlen und Produktionskennziffern
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse von Störungen und der Ableitung nachhaltiger Verbesserungsmaßnahmen
  • Erfahrung mit Lean‑/KVP‑Ansätzen oder die Bereitschaft, diese konsequent im Produktionsalltag umzusetzen

Persönliche Kompetenzen

  • Ausgeprägte Führungs‑ und Kommunikationsfähigkeit mit Durchsetzungsvermögen und Bodenständigkeit im Shopfloor
  • Strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Hohe Sicherheits‑ und Qualitätsorientierung
  • Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu entwickeln und Veränderungsprozesse aktiv zu gestalten
  • Präsenz im Produktionsbereich („nah an der Maschine“)

Arbeitssprachen sind Deutsch sowie teilweise Englisch
