1、负责面向游戏社交场景的后端需求方案设计与落地，产品形态可参考“会玩”； 2、对既有系统做性能与稳定性优化：压测、定位瓶颈、治理慢查询与热点、降本增效； 3、参与服务治理与观测性建设：限流熔断、重试与幂等、灰度/回滚、告警与 SLO； 4、与产品/客户端/算法协作，基于数据推动体验/成本/增长相关的技术决策与权衡。

1、27届本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业 2、拥抱变化，系统性使用 AI 开发工具（Claude Code、Codex 等），能用于代码生成/重构/评审/并行开发，提升个人与团队效率； 3、至少掌握 Go、Java 其中一门语言，具备扎实的工程编码能力； 4、计算机基础扎实，熟悉常用数据结构与算法；具备系统设计能力，能独立完成模块级方案设计； 5、熟悉 MySQL、Redis、消息队列（Kafka/RocketMQ 等），具备慢查询优化、缓存设计与大 Key 治理经验； 6、具备线上问题排查与可观测性实践经验：pprof/火焰图、结构化日志、指标与分布式链路追踪； 7、了解网络协议基础（TCP/UDP、HTTP/1.1、HTTP/2），有协议层调优或排障经验优先； 8、沟通协作与结果导向优秀：以数据影响产品取舍，能提出可落地替代方案并推动达成一致；对生产环境当责。
